My first experience with Stephanie was when my wife used her services to get some shirts embroidered for her job. When we went into her storefront to pick up our order, Stephanie was throwing F-bombs all over the place while knowing there were clients in the shop. I was surprised at the low-level of professionalism but decided to give her a second chance. This time, I needed some shirts embroidered for our company. First, she told us she would be sending over a sample of the shirts, which we never received thus, when we showed up to get our order, the design wasn't what we wanted and she gave us a 10% discount. She then never called to update on the status of the order and getting a hold of her was nearly impossible as she never answers any calls and all communication is mostly via text. Finally, when it was time to pick up our order, we realized that the logo was crooked on one of the shirts and she said she would reorder the shirt and fix it by Friday. All the while she never called or texted to update us. We continued to show up to the shop because she wouldn't answer the phone. Friday came around and when we walked in, she told us that the shirt she had ordered didn't come in. Weeks later we went back and the shirts STILL weren't ready (it's been a month now). She said that she just hadn't gone to pick up the package for our shirt which means she had no urgency to get it to us. She didn't bother to apologize for our inconvenience or the delay, she didn't offer to let us know when the shirt will be ready, and about 15 minutes after we leave the store, she calls to say that she had in fact fixed the shirt and forgotten. So... she said she never went to pick up the new shirt but in fact she had already fixed it? Come to find out, she didn't get a new shirt, it was the same messed up shirt from before that she simply removed the crooked logo and put it back on (it is visible by the stitching). Moral of the story, Stephanie is unprofessional, has no regard for completing orders in a timely manner, or customer satisfaction. I recommend thinking twice before sending your shirts to her, especially if you want them done quickly. It's safe to say we will not be going back to MIS...

I contacted this company to have my daughter’s bookbag monogrammed for first day at day care. I sent a message via Instagram and was told that to monogram “just the name” would take about 30 minutes to get done. I dropped off the bookbag and the gentleman in the front told me that they would give me a call, as soon as it was ready. Days went by and I did not hear back from anyone. I sent a message requesting status and the response I received was “sorry it will be ready soon thank you.” I later received a message letting me know it was ready. I passed by to pick up my daughters bookbag during business hours and no one opened the door. I called Stephanie multiple times and sent text messages asking if there was anyone there and no response was received. I waited in the parking lot for almost an hour thinking they had stepped away for lunch. I ended up leaving because no one ever responded. It has been nearly 3 weeks since this incident and no one has had the courtesy to reach out to me. Needless to say, they still have my daughters bookbag which means I had to buy another one for her trips to daycare. Read moreI took my work scrubs and jacket to get some embroidery done. The owner was very easy to communicate with and welcoming. I went to pick up my items and she was not there but her staff was. The staff was just as nice as her. The jacket was done perfectly but her machine did not do a good job on the scrubs. She ordered a new scrubs before I came by without telling me and told me to come back once she was able to embroidery them correctly. She gave me the original ones that got messed up and she paid for new ones. I did not even have to call her to see when it was ready. I got a text. Got there to pick it up and she also embroidery a little bag with my name just to say sorry. You don't see this anymore. A business taking responsibility for something that wasn't really their fault and fixing the problem without any other problems. I appreciate this and will always go back to get my embroidery...
