I love Chipotle and the food has NEVER been bad. The service however is horrendous. Forget walking in and ordering. Line is ALWAYS touching 3 walls of the building. I don't even want to think about how long it takes to get through that line as it seems to never move. Pick up for online has turned into a nightmare as well. Seems like it is always an hour and a half out from when you place order, but 9 out of 10 times, you still have to wait for it to be made, which then in turn stops the walk in line as they fill order from the main line. Not sure why they do not have someone during busy times just doing online orders from the back. I have seen who I would categorize as the supervisor be one of the rudest people to patrons. Last time I was in, a gentleman got to restaurant early for pick up, he knew it and very patiently was waiting. They were making my order as I just got done paying when cashier on her own said to supervisor, that this other gentleman was here for pick up to. The supervisor then came over and extremely rude, told the man he was early and they would not have his food ready till his designated pick up time. I have been a patron of Chipotle for 14 years since it opened up in Kent. I have eaten at numerous locations in that time. Something NEEDS to be done about this location. Read moreThis was the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle. Since they do not except phone call orders, I placed an order online at 1pm through door dash that I would be picking up. I was told 30 mins, at 2pm it said it was still being prepared so I called the store to see if it was ready, and just not updated on the app, I was told no. at 3pm, my boss went into the store to check on my order as I had now been at work waiting for 2 hours for my order to be ready for pick up and the rude workers said they had never recieved my order. My boss went around to the pick up shelf to check for herself, and what do you know, my order was sitting there. Still after pointing out my order WAS there the workers still claimed they never received it... who made the order then????!! On top of that, when they finally acknowledged the order was recieved, they claimed I had not yet paid for it! I had to show receipts to prove it. Then, When asked to remake the 2 hour old food since they had told me it wasnt ready, they refused. Read moreCUYAHOGA FALLS LOCATION- My husband went and picked up a chicken bowel and they gave him white rice instead of brown rice..the white rice is GREAT but the brown rice is why I actually why I come here..I called to see if I could switch and the manager "Cameron" was all too AMAZING!! HE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THAT AT ALL!! HE COULD HAVE EASILY SAID NO..IT'S OUR PROBLEM FOR NOT MAKING SURE OR SAY IT'S OUR PROBLEM!!
