Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cypress

These guys are going down, like FAST ! I mean how lazy and cheap can you go? I ordered Pacific Veggie Pizza and do you want to see how many toppings and quantity of each they added? Look at the attached pics ! I mean why advertise in the pics as if you are going to add a specific amount of toppings when in reality you are going to add less than even half of that? Already the choice of number of toppings are less compared to others (like MOD) and on top of that quantity is even less ! Others at least allow you to stand there and choose the amount of toppings (which are unlimited BTW) on your pizza, here you don't even give us that option ! You make it the way YOU want it and then go super cheap on the toppings quantity !!

Edit: So just to be clear, you are giving me a "30% off" coupon which does NOT work on the usual "$7.99 One Topping Large Pizza" deal ! So If I use your "30% off" coupon, the large pizza with one topping comes out to be even MUCH more expensive than 7.99 !!! Huh, so how about this? You keep your fake "30% off" coupon and I take the business to MOD (barely half a mile away) with unlimited toppings? How...

Update: I filled out the form you requested. I also sent in this same information on the website when my order was missing. The website offered me 60 points on the app, but no option to get a refund or get my missing food. After filling in the information on the app, I had to call the store to speak with someone about the issue. In all, I spent about 20 minutes trying to figure out a resolution.

We normally don't have an issue with this location, but yesterday I placed an order. It showed up and I was missing an item. I didn't realize it until the delivery man had already left. I tried to report it on the app, and all the app would do was give me 60 points for next time for inconvenience. I called the store and asked if I could just get a refund on my card for the missing item. I was told that they could not give refunds, but could only credit my account for next time. I have never heard of not being able to put a credit back on a card. I ended up just having the missing item delivered again. On Sunday 5/29/16 after church service , the kids wanted pizza for lunch , so we left church close to HEB on fry road n was driving to little ceasar near HEB on baker cypress , but I felt it was long drive so dominion pizza was a life n a trip saver. We went in n ordered one large pepperoni , she was very nice n told us ( me n 3 kids) that it will take 10 minutes I paid n stepped outside to while away the time with d kids, after about 5 minutes one dominion delivery guy came back n was having confederate flag buckle on his belt n unusual tattoo around his upper body , it made me unconfortable. You have the right to believe in anything but controversial issues like a " confederate flag " should be left for ur own time not company time unless the company is supporting you.
