Pizza hut went from good to horrible. Let's start first with parking... I parked next to the entrance and their delivery person had to park right next to me too. So close that he couldn't get out of his car. So I took my time and then only after I left he was able to get out. So 1. Why didn't he park closer to the delivery door. Because he was lazy. 2. Why park next to me if you can't get out. What happens if another person parks where I was. He can't do his delivery. Then.. I guess now this location charges a fee for doing business in California. Like if you need to charge an extra fee to do business here please don't do business here. But I guess they need to charge for everything. Asked for cheese and pepper. It's a dollar now for each. The cashier goes: it's because they are in this cool shakers now. No. That's not why. The company wanted to charge customers on the extra cheese somehow and decided that this is a good way. The company is now trying to charge for every little thing. Go to domino's. Better food and better prices.

Simple. I don't like Pizza Hut!
OMG. I was contacted via email regarding the above comment by Veronica Adrizzone, Marketing Assistant at Pizza Hut, as to why I said this. I write her back and give my reason stating the many times I was unsatisfied and the last straw was when I was given a pizza that tasted old and reheated. She chastised me saying I shouldn't hold a grudge just for a one time issue. SAY WHAT? I pointed out to read my email completely, that it wasn't just a one time problem with Pizza Hut, and she said sorry somehow she skipped over it. Then told me my reporting is too late as who is she gonna hold responsible, staff is probably not there anymore. I AM NOT reporting I was only giving her why I don't like Pizza Hut, per her email to me. She was incabable of focusing on the issue after a few back and forth emails, so I asked her not to email me anymore, NEXT day, I get an email from Pizza Hut like when you subscribe, except I did not subscribe. Pizza Hut has been running a poster for the LA chargers and its been a debacle since the second week. on the second week they gave me the first poster and I complained. I finally got the second poster (while they were still advertising the first poster on the counter) . On week 3 I stayed until I looked at the poster and again they were going to give me the wrong one. They went back inside and opened a new box and gave me the correct poster. Yesterday when we ordered the pizza for the 4th poster, they said they did not have the new poster and would give my husband (he went to pick it up as I watch my mom who is on hospice) a 5.00 credit and that he would need the card (which I had ) He came home and I went back to get the refund on my Venmo card (which I just looked and still have not received the credit) and then bought the pizza with cash (since it had already been made) I now have the receipt to have to go back and get the 4th poster.
