My fiancé and I visited on Friday afternoon (2/28) around 5p, and to say our expectations were exceeded would be an understatement.

A couple days prior, we had been mattress shopping at tons of different stores and were exhausted by all the sales people trying to push certain mattresses and brands on us from the moment we stepped through the door. I came across an ad for Mattress by Appointment on Facebook and thought I might as well give it a shot— quite possibly the BEST decision I have ever made.

Mr. Tevita (or “T” for short), from the get go was friendly, welcoming, and so so genuine. We had the entire store to ourselves and had basically unlimited time to try out the stock he offered. Not once were we pressured into buying anything. He took his time with us, gave us his recommendations, and made us feel so at home. We told him what we were looking for and he gave us a ton of options to work with.

After we decided on a mattress, we sat at his desk with him and he walked us through the entire process of financing and payment. He isn’t kidding when he says that these name mattresses are anywhere from 50-80% off! We worked out a delivery date (the next day worked best for us), and he was in great communication the entire time. Delivery was smooth, he brought it up to our room and took our old mattress to recycle too!

When I tell you, it was so wonderful to finally have met Mr. Tavita! I have been Casually shopping for a mattress set for a little over eight months. And I think I finally found the perfect one here. From quality, options, to price🫰🏾mattress by appointment offered so much including financing options and more! Tevita really made this THEE best shopping experience. It was stress less and haggle free. As a woman who values quality over quantity. It was very important that this purchase literally felt right. So being able to privately (on appointment) go in and try the beds in the showroom store was key. He didn’t rush us, nor did he try to sell us on something . He really focused on what we wanted and then challenged us to see how our bodies chose . We ended up getting the perfect bed and, I couldn’t be happier. To me it was the best 35 min appointment. Not to mention out appointment was at 7:30 am. And after having my bed a few nights I’m sleeping better than a baby, because I’m not waking up thanks to Mr Tev, so thanks again.. you are highly recommended!

Praise Yah, we were able to set an appointment with " Mr. Mattress" and am now sleeping the most comfortable since we've been without a residence. We have a 89' Ford Econoline and a Full Size mattress fits just right with enough to still step in and out plus the space in the back of the van to keep our stored items. We had an air mattress prior but it kept losing it's air and the comfort was also deflating.

The Store is a modest size with extraordinary quality and prices. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive and the cheapest was not excluded as well. In fact the vibe was easy going and I was able to Goldie Locks the entire selection and I selected the " Cadillac " of the bunch. 12 1/2" thick with a dark gray top, it's a hybrid between a regular Mattress and a memory foam. It has coils that are used as the springs in a regular bed. I was able to get financed and after being approved and explained thoroughly the process, He helped load the mattress and this was all with an appointment time that i was able to set at 9PM.
