Taco Bell — Restaurant in Buena Park

I was hungry this morning so I decided to go to Taco. Bell actually saw an old bell on an old Taco Bell location. Made me hungry, so I went into another location to order something looking for the value meal section.

I just wanted a couple of breakfast, grilled burritos, and I couldn't see it anywhere on the drive-thru menu. So the attending at the window asked me to come in. So I went in and still couldn't see the on the menu

There's no longer a value meal section. So, anyhow, I did locate. What I was looking for and I remember buying these things. There were 2 for 99 cents no more than 5 years ago. Then they went up to 99 cents each. Now it's a $1.99 talk about steep prices. I like fast food like anybody else. But paying these prices is a little ridiculous. To be honest,

That's just my take on this price hijacking that everybody's done to the general public. I think next time, I'll use their app. You can get the same food item at a lesser price for the same item.

Ww have been coming here for 2 months now since moving to the cypress area. The lunch crew is fantastic!! The food is prepared with excellence, and they are thoughtful and kind. I often come on weekday afternoons after picking up my grandson from school, and we have our overly loud barking dog. The crew is genuinely thoughtful, kind, and understanding. The food is always exceptional!

On this occasion, we came through at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday night, the employee at the drive-through needs to learn to be kind and slow down. We ordered 1 item! Instead of asking if we'd like to add something else, he said, "IS THAT IT?" Then, when we got to the window, we waited almost 10 minutes for a taco!! Then he was in such a hurry when he passed the bag the bag fell to the ground in the drive-through. taco was now the taco i ordered. It was nothing but chips and filling in a bag.

Monday-Friday service gets 5 stars. The Sunday evening service deserves no stars, so I compromised...

Staff makes a lot of mistakes. They screwed up my order twice. I had to go there twice. The night manager blamed it all on me and declined to give me my money back on the 1 item they failed to give me. Never again will my family or i will go there. The staff seems like they lack training. I was told by the cashier i was the 3rd customer tonite this has happened to. The night manager is arrogant and disrespectful. After blaming me and declining to give me his first name, he wantes me to use the cashiers name which is innocent. And completly disregarded my concern. I suggest they put the whole staff back thru training. Give that night manager some management training. He seemed ill equipped to handle the situation professionally. NEVER AGAIN! I am out $4+ dollars due to his lack bof...
