This guy is a Crook! I have never felt it just this necessary to post such a Negative review on any business prior to this. A few months back I went into his store to buy one for my brother. I know nothing about Vapes when I would ask him a question he was very rude and made me feel like I was bothering him. Eventually I ended up buying one for around $100 along with the juice needed needed for it. A couple days after purchasing it it wasn't working so I took it back to the store he said he would go to the store where he gets them and try and have it replaced. After two or three days I went to the store and he informed me that the company will not take would not take it back therefore there's nothing he can do about it he suggested I buy another one. They explained to him I do not have the money to do that. I asked him for the name of the company where he purchase them and he gave me the name and the phone number. I immediately went home and called them and talk to a very nice gentleman explain the situation and asked him if he knew this person I was talking about, he said absolutely yes. he told me that he has worked for that company nearly 15 years and the owner of the Cypress smoke shop has never bought his Vapes from their store. As we continued our conversation I quickly realized there was much more that he lied about. I went back to the store and explain to the owner at the Cypress smoke shop the information that I was provided I told him if that point actually I asked him several times to just give me my money back he said he was unable to do that. at that point I realize he never gave me a receipt for my purchase and he admitted it he said his register doesn't print receipts. Which is a lie. One last seeing my 17 year old niece happened to be with me and pointed out to me who this man is she went to school with his son and told me that this is the man that her father, my brother, did some Plumbing work for a house that he rents out and he never paid my brother 4 the job. One time he overcharged me $10.00. I go to the smoke shop because it's the most convenient when I'm in the area. After today I'm never going there again. Today he charged me for a product and it was a decent price but he gave me the wrong product and when I told him it was the wrong product he told me I'm going to have to charge you 18 more dollars. When I asked him why he told me it's just because of the name. It was his mistake. While I paid the price and I understand that products are what they are priced. He was really rude in his customer service and he just told me it's because of the name instead of working with me. Well it was a decent product and I got charged a good price for it. Overall his customer service is horrible and he is beyond rude. If he doesn't want to do his job he should hire somebody to run his shop for him. Rude guy. No help. You walk in and he's like what do you want. I tried an unusual pipe and hesaid don't turn the screw. I said I won't buy it. His response, have a nice day. I found a small metal standard pipe, and he said it was $5.00. I showed him the same type of pipe but smaller, he said it was $10.00. Yea, sure. I went another time to buy blunt papers. They come in packs in a cutaway box. I wanted one, he said I have to buy the whole box. So many other smoke shops on this street. He won't get my business.
