Oh my goodness…where do I begin?! I already knew the shortbread cookies were amazing as I was lucky enough to experience (yes it’s an experience) 🤣 their scrumptiousness last year while at an event that had llshortbreads in their gift bags. so finally , finally , I visited the shop!!! The shop is like THE best eye candy ever!!! SO FUN - pink and green colors perfectly poppin’ in every nook and cranny. Mary Katherine patiently stepped away from her secret concoctions (the recipe from her Scottish great grandma ) to answer all my questions- and yes you can buy shopping bags o shortbread and freeze ‘em. Mary Katherine also has some children’s books by local authors for sale, and those cool vinyl stickers u have to have and fun aprons and…. ROSEMARY SHORTBREADS (heaven) Yeah - I’ll be back!!!

What a little gem of a store! We stopped in because we love supporting TRUE local businesses. Holy cow what a pleasant surprise. If you don't leave with at least a 4 piece variety pack your missing out! Simple ingredients and the absolute freshest & best shortbread cookies you will ever find!!! You get a hardy rectangular chunk of 100% butter cookie love in every pack. Even though we did not meet the owner, we met an awesome employee who enlightened us on the heritage of the multi generational recipe and the journey of the business owner.
