Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Daleville

This is the one Starbucks that just doesn’t know how to take the order properly and perform. I literally come here every day and I get the same drink and I practically beg to get extra extra extra caramel on top and on bottom I have to say it like that every other Starbucks, I just say can I get the cup line with caramel and there’s caramel actually lined on the cup and some of the bottom in case I want a little Sweet swish of caramel when I’m enjoying my ice latte/macchiato . I have to plead and beg to get any caramel. I don’t understand. I’ve talked to the manager. I’ve talked almost every one of them. The woman making them must not like Caramel and she is making them how she likes it. I am beyond frustrated with this place. This is the only Starbucks that does this. I go to every Starbucks in Indianapolis as I work over the road. I’m really upset about it and finally want them to know. Maybe the manager will read this and inform them when somebody asked for extra extra caramel drizzle on top and on bottom do that don’t just apply enough caramel to make it visible because at that point the caramel You’re not going to taste your caramel and you’re definitely not going to get to eat any as it appears to be only for aesthetics and by the time the drinks halfway it Melts into the beverage, but it’s still not enough to even taste. I am giving 4 stars because I always stop here and the guy that always works the window at drive thru is so nice and always makes my drinks right. Never ever have a problem on second shift but I decided to stop this morning my drink was wrong I tried to get the girls attention at the window and she started taking another order so I decided to call I was in a rush. I ordered a venti and got half a cup no cinnamon was added to my drink and barley any oat milk when I called to ask for the store manager she was rude and told me I need to specify what I want (I ORDER ON THE APP) I don’t know how much more specification you need worst experience I’ve had at this store but enough I will never visit morning shift again i will from now on be making my own drinks the first shift manager working on 10/14/23 was the rudest starbucks employee I have ever encountered. This Starbucks is usually amazing however; my most recent experience wasn't. We placed a drive thru mobile order a few minutes before we pulled into the (empty) drive thru line. We were greeted and asked what we would like. We informed the woman that we had a mobile order. She responded with an unfriendly attitude saying "well it looks like we just got that so it's going to take a few minutes. So i dont know if you want to pull thru and wait or pull up to the window". We placed the order knowing that by the time we got to the drive thru, they would have had a few minutes for the order.
