DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT 7-ELEVEN. For the most part, 7 Eleven stores lie to their customers about the prices of their heated pre made foods such as empañadas, corn dogs, fried burritos, pizza, hot dogs, and roller grill items. There was a sign that clearly says MIX AND MATCH ANY 2 ITEMS for $3.49 so I chose the 2 items in that specific warming glass display cabinet and the cashier said the offer was not valid. What do they have the sign out where customers can easily see it if I cannot get such an offer?!!! This makes zero sense!!!! The price he was going to charge me was $4.90 give or take a dime. I told the cashier to just forget it, and I walked out for the last time. If there is supposed to be for example, two 20 ounce bottles of Coke for $5 or $3 each, and I get 2 bottles of the specified size and drink, they will just charge me $6 and hope I will not notice. Most, if not all of the 7 Eleven stores are franchise owned by selfish people, many of who ARE LIARS, and don't care about anyone but themselves. They train their employees to lie to their customers, argue with them, and rip them off. That is bad buisiness practice, and I don't care for it. Stand your ground if they refuse to offer the special price a sign says on the shelf next to the item you want, or walk out and don't feel bad. May I suggest a much better convenience store that is not only properly run, has a bigger selection, and better quality gasoline for your car? They also have more hot dogs and other roller grill items late at night long after 7 Eleven has shut theirs down. They have a lot faster checkout with well trained friendly cashiers who will not likely argue with you, lie to you, or cheat you; they say THANK YOU, plus offer to put your purchase in a bag for your convenience? How about cleaner restrooms than 7 Eleven? How about a larger convenience store that has plenty of people on duty to take care of issues that would otherwise cause inconvenience to customers, day and night? How about a convenience store that should there be any serious problems during your visit, the manager on duty will sincerely apologize, and maybe even give you a coupon for a complimentary coffee or soft drink on your next visit, and not just ignore you or tell you not to come back like 7 Eleven staff likely would do? How about, for the locations where needed, there is a SECURITY OFFICER on duty to watch out for unruly members of the public who try to cause trouble or make honest and civilized customers feel unsafe? What do you think about frequent visits at this convenience store by local police officers? How about a convenience store where the management and staff wants you to know that they want you to come back? Does all of this sound good to you? Yes? The short answer is a store chain based out of the USA, and not a foreign country corporate headquarters with an owner that makes it hard to contact them should a customer want to complain about bad service should it ever happen. This company I am proudly talking about began buisiness operations in 1958. Their headquarters are in Tulsa, Oklahoma; they encourage customers to communicate with them through written surveys by mail, or other means of communication, like E-mails. This company takes your choice to patronize them very seriously. Their name is QUIK TRIP. They are fierce to their competition, and they will take more initiative to do what it reasonably takes to earn their customers confidence and patronage. Why am I telling you who this company is? To kindly let you know that 7 Eleven is not the only convenience store out there, you have...
Read moreMy opinion they this one is the best 7-Eleven in the whole park lane area because the rest of them are owned by people who judge and assume the worst of a person just because how they dress up and skin color i walk in with a friend Into a different seventy eleven, not this one, but another one around the corner from this one And we went in to go get drinks. I brought my own cup. So I went in there to refill. My cup and my friend went to buy a soda and they locked my friend inside and when I walked out they called the police and say we tried to rob them at knife point When we were just coming for drinks and. We got surrounded by 10 cop cars And put in cuffs for no reason that other 7-Eleven lied And wasted the police officer's time on 2 guys. That just wanted something to drink and willing to pay for it. And no arrest was made they let us go So by far this is the best seven eleven in the area you will wont have any...
Read moreThis 7 Eleven is so unpredictable... Can someone please let me know what nights of the week it is open passed midnight... It is Saturday night and I was wanting some junk food to have a movie night and the cashier inside yells thru the door "we are closed!" For some reason I think Saturday would be one of those nights you want to stay open.... This location used to be my favorite to come in at night... There was always one girl and she was always cleaning something and always smiling and friendly... Not sure what happened to her but these new overnighters are lazy and they ignore the customers and just closes and locks the doors when they dont wanna do their job... I hope the management fixes the problem... Or hope that girl...
