Arby's — Restaurant in Dallas

Arby's tends to be good overall in general, and this location is no exception. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, and they always get the order right in my experience, and the food is always good.

It's strange to me that so many people "don't like arby's" but have never eaten there. The food quality tends to seem higher than other fast food places, and you don't tend to see staff that is rude and unhelpful like at burger king, popeyes, and so on. I've gotten a few of my younger friends that didn't like arby's to actually try it, and they ended up liking it.

I wish they didn't do the mcrib dance with the burger, because it's magical. Hopefully they'll end up keeping it is a permanent menu item instead of just a couple times a year. Same with the loaded chicken bacon ranch macaroni and cheese. My young'en absolutely loves it. Everything on the menu is good, but their curly fries and mozzarella sticks are way better than most places.

Service was lousy so was the food.ordered two of the steakhouse ribey sandwiches and ask for extra garlic mayo on both sandwiches. When we got home unwrapped them the sandwich was horrible hardly any garlic mayo at all much less having extra. For what you pay for those sandwiches at least they could have put the onion straws that was to be on there and put the extra garlic mayo that we ask for. Staff no friendly. I went to Arby's in Dallas NC and I spent $50 to get food for my family. When I got home I looked through my food and didn't have half of it. I had wraps that I didn't order and one sandwich didn't have much meat or mayonnaise that I ordered the sauce was gravy. I called them and the manager kept calling me baby which is unprofessional she said she would replace it. So I start eating and find a hair in my sandwich which isn't mine.
