Has always been a great place to eat in the past but last night was the slowest I have ever seen them. They had 1 car ahead of me and it took 20 mins for me to get my order. Not a big deal. After checking the order I noticed one of my son's meals was missing (left off the receipt completely) so then I had to drive back around the building to replace his order of chicken strips. This wasn't a big deal either as i could have spotted this error on the screen when i asked for 2 orders of the same thing and only one was obviously posted. By this time I had 4 cars ahead of me which wasn't a big deal as it only took a little over 10 mins this time but I asked for BBQ sauce (Twice, never received any on the first go around nor did I receive any this time) and the kid at the window gave me 1 pack and closed the window. After knocking on the window to ask for more he then proceeds to give me one more pack. At this point I realize they must need the the extra sauce more than I do so I didn't want to put any more of a burden one them while they play on their cell phones. Just note the buger king across the street is way more friendly, cheaper and you get way more food for the order. Also if its going to take 30+/- mins for the employees here to comprehend their job task then it will definitely be worth the extra 5 mile drive...

I been to this location twice two different times and two different months. If you NEVER experienced how Jack in the box food should taste and presented you wouldn't want to try it ever. I promise u this is NOT it. The meat lover burrito was absolutely a mess no egg 🥚 no cheese just a sprinkle not meaty as it should be more tortillas than what goes in it. I knew I shouldn't have went here smh 🤦🏾♀️ I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. My first time going here I ordered the ultimate very dry egg 🥚 extra crispy and lets NOT talk about the hash browns they were Burnt and so crispy you would break a tooth 🦷 OMG totally disappointed OMG let's NOT talk about the egg rolls. I PROMISE YOU JACK IN THE BOX EGGS ROLLS ARE SO GOOD BUT THIS LOCATION HARD AND OVER COOKED. The food was good and fresh but the service was bad. Mazaline was rude and surly. I love Jack in the Box but this service was not what I am used to. The entire dining room was clean except the table the couple that left next to us. Instead of cleaning the restroom that desperately needed attention she commenced to cleaning the dining room with cleaner that she sprayed around my child.
Not sure if Mazaline is the name. Because while she was cleaning the table next to us a line formed and another woman started ringing people up. So unsure if that's her name. But she has short blondish orange hair.
One thing I always practice is a shed it at the door policy. Sure people have bad days but when you go to work shed that bad day at the door. Customer service is part of a public working job. Even if you mess my food up I still appreciate it with the smile.
