đ đ OKAY ? WELL ? I am a little confused and surprised. I have left bad reviews for Burger Kings all over the country because I honestly think they all suck. The burgers are always cold, the drive-through moves at a snails pace, and usually, the people taking your order are rude or just downright cold. So I usually don't stop at Burger Kings anymore, but I was in a bind and running short on time so I was like I know I'm going to regret this but I pulled in anyway, and I told myself after this trip to Burger King I will never stop at another Burger King again, So right off a very pleasant voice comes over the speaker to take my order, and to my surprise she is very patient and kind, and as I pull up to the first window I am greeted by the same voice and a smile, and her name was Ro, very friendly and prompt, she knows her business and does it very well. I pull to the 2nd window and again Ro is there and brings me order and kindly thanks me for my business and sends me on my way with, get this, 2 very hot double cheese burgers with no mayo, just like I ordered. WOW !! WOW !! That's all I ask from you, Burger King. That's all I ask. That one visit to Burger King in Dallas, NC. with a very kind soul named Ro, I have restored my hope for the future of Burger King. So for that, I say thank-you Ro ! You are AWSOME! Keep being you, and keep doing what you do. And for you, Burger King, please hire people like Ro and make sure your food is hot if you want long-time customers. I will definitely be returning to this Burger King. For Ro and her service, I give her 5 stars, no no no no, you know what, I double the 5 stars and she is a perfect 10. But as far as Burger King goes I rarely give a fast food restaurant a grade higher than a 3 for there food, it's just what it is, you are not a 5 star restaurant and people already know this going in....

I decided, the little beacon across the street was my last hope for any possibility of eating this evening. Not only was I greeted promptly with a friendly tone, when I had explained my dilemma to the girl working the drive thru, she actually seemed empathetic towards our situation. We ordered 5 whopper jr with cheese and 2 cokes.
We tipped the entire staff, I thanked them over and over again for their excellent service, and was able to leave shortly after.
Not only was the service actually good, the food was actually good⊠burgers were hot, vegetables on the burger were cold, cheese was melted, drinks were cold.
I hope everyone working tonight gets a chance to see this review and understand the importance of being as wonderful as you were this evening, all of the time. Thank you all so much, as a fellow restaurant worker/owner, I just got done working a 40 hr weekend for Labor Day and all I wanted was a hot easy meal; thank you for that.

   Read moreFood was fine, if a little cold. My complaint is the service. It reopened so we wanted to give it a try. I waited in the 2nd drive thru through 2 cars ordering before I had to back out and go into the first. When I asked if that drive thru was closed she said no they were just busy. After every single item I order she asked, 'is that all?' I asked for a triple cheeseburger. She said they can only do double. I asked if a 3rd party could be added. She said she had to get the managers permission. Then when she came back the only thing she said is, 'okay is that all?' I was alone in the car and she handed me more than 2 drinks without a cup holder (I can look past that one though) I asked at the window if the sauce was in the bag. I decided to check as I pulled off. The sauce was not in the bag. I waited 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me inside while I stood beside the counter holding up my receipt just to ask for sauce.i counted 6 workers including the manager who came to the register at one point.
I know these are all trivial, but combined it was subpar customer service and seemed downright rude.
