Bojangles — Restaurant in Dallas

Finally decided since this is the 3rd time in about a week and a half I've went to this Bojangles and had issues to write a review! So 1st visit was with my daughter she wanted bo rounds they wasn't busy at all literally one person at drive thru and we went in and for individual order bo rounds took 10-15mins I was told originally 3-5mins but they burnt first batch. 2nd visit was drive thru I was wanting a Cajun filet biscuit so badly on my way home. Got to speaker and wasn't told they was out of anything until I ordered and then was told "I'm sorry no sandwiches or biscuits" I was so disappointed. Now this evening I did online order thinking it would be faster trying to get my Cajun filet biscuit.. paid online and sent my husband to get it. He gets there and they haven't even started my order! Told him it would be 15 mins or so! Had to cook the steak for steak biscuit and cook his sweet potato pies. Plenty of time was given had they did order or looked at it before he arrived. Took him around 10mins to get there and then still waited additional 15 mins. They was not busy or crowded at all..I would understand totally if they had been. This location really needs to get it together. I'll be going to another one from now on and hope it's better. This location use to be great, fast and accurate. I will at least say the food when my husband finally got it was all correct and...

I purposely waited to post a review with the hopes that someone would reach out to me, but that never happened so here we are. Based on our experience last Friday, if a customer complains regarding the quality of the food from this particular Bojangles nothing happens. We ordered some freshly cooked chicken and was told that this batch had just come out of the fryer. When we got home with the food it was obvious that the food was not fresh based on the taste and toughness of the chicken. I called and spoke with a manager and she informed me that yes she is aware and that unfortunately there isn't anything that she could do because the issue is with the grease needing to be changed and that isn't scheduled to take place until closure on Friday evening. I would expect as a manager that if you are aware that the grease is bad that you would get it changed regardless if it is the day to change the grease or not. Needless to say my family will not visit this particular location again. If this is truly a bojangles policy they need to put a clause in stating if it is apparent that the grease is bad to allow for it to be changed outside of the normal change grease day. All I ordered was a Cajun chicken biscuit I received an overcooked peice of chicken that was so dried up and hard it looked like it was refried or just plain old. I speak on behalf for everyone we even ordered a door dash once an it was cold food an not fault of dasher cause we timed it. I am tired of being given old food at the drive thru. Make it fresh. When u go to the grocery store you don't order old meats in the meat dept. Listen just because I drive thru doesn't mean you can serve old food to me because I'm on the go. 👂 Listen people work to hard for their money 🤑 to be served garbage 🗑️. I am highly upset because I like eating at Bojangles yet 3 locations including this one today keeps doing so. The young lady who rang me up was pleasant and kind but this has happened too many times for me to even score my review based on that. Please stop serving old hard dried up food to any paying customers it is not okay. I wish I would have taken a picture of it before I trashed it....
