Food Lion — Local services in Dallas

Signs are always messed up out of date or merchandise in the wrong spot under the wrong sign! Today was the worst 3 times 3 different brands 3 wrong prices! No customer wants to go back and forth at the check out line cause every single coffee is in the wrong spot or the sign is from last week's ads ect. But this isn't the first time the signs where not right! Then on top of it instead of taking responsibility for their mess up Grush or whatever his name is just removed the sign and doesn't even acknowledge that that was his mess up so after grabbing 2 more different brand coffee off the row with the wrong pricing I am beyond aggervated! Every single week something is always priced wrong that's why I put all my sales stuff on first an make sure it rings up right but this is the first time I've had to walk back 3 different times an all items where priced wrong any other store you go to wouldn't have made the customer do that when the problem is their signs are wrong no matter if it's because it's last weeks ads or what! When the 2nd or 3rd one came up they would have just said ok it's there that sign says that it's our mess up we will fix it but instead I had to keep going back an forth! I am extremely annoyed an aggrevated with my whole experience here today! A shop for some fruit an coffee that should have took no longer than 15 minutes turned into a hour shop an rude customer service! Wish I would have thought to take pictures so whoever is in charge could see what...

I luv food lion, this particular food Lion has great cashiers, the actual store itself is fine, it's an older building to start with. Only draw back with this store is it seems when they have good sale items particularly on meats, for some reason they don't seem to ever be able to keep any in stock not even at the beginning of the sale (Wednesday 's) when you can go to the very next closest food Lion and they're full with that sale item. Went in for a few items one being pumpkin spice pancake mix. We didn't see it on the end of the isles. Ask one young man he didn't know he didn't know. He asked another guy he went to the pancake isle didn't find. Both were very apologetic for not having it. I said this was going to Japan daughter loves. On our way out there it was in the bakery. Went back and told the guys and they said they would get a line with the other pumpkin stuff. They were still apologizing and we told them that was okay just wanted to let them Kno they had it.
