My family and I will NEVER return to this restaurant. We were completely mistreated and humiliated in front of a restaurant full of customers and employees. How did this happen? Well We had a 100 dollar bill and like 11 bucks on us.. obviously our bill was more than 11 dollars so we handed the cashier the 100 bill Who them took it to her shift manager Miya Harvey. We waited and waited because the manager was on a personal call not taking care of the restaurant and in the process a family of 5 behind us said they needed to feed their kids instead of watching the manager be on the phone so they left.. well shortly after, Miya turned to my husband and threw the money at him and told him "I don't accept fake money" so my husband politely responded "it is not fake, did you check it with the marker?" Amd of course she said "we dont have one" so my husband politely responded again " well shouldn't you have the utensils you need worling with money" all the while her mom which was in the dining room started yelling at us and everyone else trying to fight causing more of an uncalled seen. By this point we're completely humiliated so I asked for the district managers number and she gave me a fake number!! I have never encountered a more embarrassing event as this one. NEVER AGAIN...
Read moreI waited in line for about 15 minutes, only to be told when I reached the speaker that they were out of chicken tenders. I adjusted my order to what was available, but when I got to the window, I was then told they were also out of French fries and asked if wedges were acceptable. I agreed.
A couple of minutes later, the manager returned to say they were also out of crispy-style chicken and asked if I would take original instead, or wait another 5+ minutes. Frustrated but still cooperative, I agreed. Then I was told I needed to pull forward because their fryer was “slowly warming up” and they didn’t even have nuggets for the kids’ meal. At that point, I pushed back — if my order had already been revised multiple times, why would I still need to wait? And if I had to wait anyway, why wasn’t I just given my original order?
The situation became worse when the manager shut the window and started speaking negatively about me to another employee. I called her attention to it and told her that was unprofessional, and requested a refund. Read moreBeen here several times. Biggest issue up until now has been the wait time inside. Drive thru is usually decently fast. Food is never usually wrong. However, with that being said, my food was fine but my husband was less than satisfied. I tried reviewing on door dash as that's how we received our food but without a picture (food was in the trash, husband took it out once we were done and I didn't get to review until now). I wasn't able to review because door dash assumed I wanted a refund or some shit. Not what I wanted at all. I just wanted to share my experience and why my husband wasn't satisfied with his food. I had to share mine with him. My husband got the Nashville hot bowl. He ate not even half before just giving up. It was oily and congealed at the same time. I looked at it and offered my chicken to him instead. I got the two extra crispy chicken breast and 1 wing. Mine was greasy as expected with fried chicken but not gross.
