If we could give zeros as ratings, this place would have one! Not sure what's worse- the fact they leave items out of your order or them arguing with you over it! Money is a hard commodity to come by and hold on to so when it's spent, you expect value for your dollar! However, value doesn't always add up to quality or good customer service. This place has gone through several names as well as concepts but they've all been attached to a gas station that has also had its issues. How many chances should one place get before they are shutdown? Each owner/ manager has the same problem...stank employees! This current regime boast Trompo as their specialty. I don't feel it is...just like their customer service, it's flavorless! I didn't include photos because I don't wish to gross people out! The rice is dry and the beans are a watery, pasty mess you could probably use to glue something! The logistics of this place are terrible as well. There is very little parking and hard to navigate entry and exit for all the work trucks in the way! If you order online for pick up, make sure to open the container to make sure you have everything you ordered. If you order delivery, good luck! I can think of several locations better than this one. Don't anger the Foodie Gods and waste your taste buds...

I’ve been coming here for YEARS, since 2011… the taste was always divine and unique, I swore them to be the best trompo tacos in all DFW… I came last night and that completely change. The taste is not the same at all, and unfortunately it kind of makes sense because all of their cooks are now all Central American women… sorry but cooks used to be male Mexican cooks which I always found they had the seasoning on the spot!! Salsa was not even spicy like it used to be, rice was good, so were beans but beans did taste like the costeña brand lol… I live far out now and I drove here for their original taste, yep… not coming back anymore. RIP...

Walked into the gas station and went to where the restaurant is. Instead of greeting me and asking if I've been helped, I was asked in a rude and annoyed tone if I had paid already. I hadn't even ordered. She then just says to go to the gas station attendant...Ok so I go over there they had the menu on the wall, you pay there then you have to go back and give the receipt and tell them what meat you want. The lady seemed to be always annoyed, condescending, and rude. Zero customer...
