Buffalo Joe's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Dallas

I thought I would check out your venue since I am from NY and a Giants fan. I first went to bar and ordered a draft beer. Gave waitress a $5 bill. She said she owed me a dollar and left bar area to get change. It seemed strange. She eventually came back after about 10 minutes and asked me if I needed something. I reminded her she owed me a dollar. I then sat at a table near front entrance and after 20 minutes was able to flag down a waitress to order the 12 wings on the menu for $9.99. After the game was over I tracked down the waitress so I could get my check and pay my bill. I reminded her what I had and she charged me $14 without giving me a check. I pointed out the price on the menu was $9.99 and she said the prices were wrong on the menu. Suspicious. I paid it anyway and left. It bothers me that the waitresses seem to be overcharging or cheating customers. Even worse no check means your restaurant loses money. Would hate to leave a review on another site. On another note wings order was wrong but...

I hate leaving negative reviews but hopefully it can spare someone from going through the same thing. First I’ll say if you go pay in cash!!!!! I visited Buffalo Joe’s on January 17, 2025, and was wrongfully overcharged. I immediately brought it to the staff’s attention, and while they assured me it would be corrected, she canceled my transaction and then recharged me and never canceled the incorrect charge, leading to me paying twice.

Since then, I have been fighting to get my money back. I have gone up to the establishment, called repeatedly, spoken with managers, and even reached out to the owner, Bryan Lusha, who has yet to respond. Every time my bank contacts them, my claim is denied, despite me providing proof of the transactions.

It has now been over a month, and I am still waiting for a resolution. This level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable. If you dine here, check your receipts carefully and watch your bank statements—you might get overcharged, and they won’t do...

I came here to watch the #nba #playoffs, have a drink, and meet some friends. When i arrived i noticed the people I was meeting was not there yet because I was looking around for them. Before I could make it to the base to order a drink, a young man walked up to me and asked was I looking for someone and I said yes but they are not here yet. He then informed me that i would have to wait outside because the inside was for customers only not waiting. I replied and said excuse me, they on their way. My guy then introduced himself as the general manager of the place, the general manager wow. I then responded with my professional job title of my career and then he asked me to have a seat and I told him no thank you, not with this hospitality. I will never visit this plane again and if you ever in this area I suggest Benders or Quinlans, I've been to both places and I never been treated with such disrespect and poor customer service and that ladies and gentlemen came from the general manager of...
