HTeaO - Dallas (Frankford & Marsh) — Restaurant in Dallas

While I love HTeaO I have to leave a 3-star review because I receive the wrong order most of the time. I always order unsweetened tea and I have received sweet tea instead too many times to count. This has happened so often that I just stopped going altogether. Today I was craving some good iced tea so I ordered through Uber eats and what do you know two out of the three teas I ordered were incorrect. This is usually just a mild annoyance when I order through the drive thru because it can be immediately fixed but now im left with two large drinks that neither me or my husband are going to drink. HTeaO PLEASE train your staff to pay a little more attention to orders. Sadly I probably won’t be giving them any more chances I’m tired of wasting my money and time over easily avoidable mistakes.

Edit: after posting this review Caleb the owner reached out directly to correct the issue. He not only assured me this problem would be discussed with the team but he delivered the correct teas and truly made me feel kind a valued customer. I’ll definitely return to HTeaO and continue recommending it to friends and family ....

Just want to say BEWARE of trusting HTEA0’s app or points program. I go to the store in Dallas on Frankford Rd frequently. I have 100’s of points accumulated. I’ve not been able to log into the app for several years because they were having a technical problem. (They were aware) I could still accumulate points and use my phone number to make a purchase if I needed to. I just tried to buy a tea with points. Seems they are aware of the technical issues and developed a new app. Carly, the shift leader in charge, just told me I can create a new login but they are not able to transfer my points, so I will lose them. She called the store manager Royce Timms while I was there. He referred me to call their Corp office, but nobody can offer help. This seems crazy. I’d assume if they change their app that impacts their customers ability to use their points, they would at least have the ability to move your points. I left frustrated and left the tea I was trying to purchase Seems they were not concerned at my frustration so I’ll rethink going to this store

Wow, I can't stop smiling! I came by for a refreshing drink and left with a terrific taste of tea time goodness!!!! This quaint tea stand is super clean, completely stocked and everyone was so friendly. They even sell the replacement Yeti lids (who doesn't need one of those, rn) as well as some various sized coolers all the way up to the big, giant one -- again who doesn't need one of those. But oh, this tea is SO delicious! I tried 3 different flavors before mixing my to go cup with the Texas Chai AND the Sweet Wild Raspberry. I also added a petri of strawberries (and cucumbers for aesthetics). Lastly, I'm going to have to rave about this ice! It's the tiny, round kind that's perfect for chomping -- just gotta LOVE it! Okay, okay I've carried on about H Tea O in Carrollton, TX but seriously, I can't stop smiling about this...
