I have never in my life experienced such HORRIBLE customer service! If I could give negative stars, I would. When I arrived at the BK drive thru, I began placing my order. I tried to use my coupon, when the woman in the drive thru, the drive thru that I had been sitting in for 30 MINUTES, said she was new and didn't know how to use the coupon. Ok, no problem, I told her that was fine, could she please get someone to assist her. She responded that she didn't know how to do it and the coupon just couldn't be used. At that point, I told her that I again, I understood if she was new, but I expect the coupon to be honored and I would gladly wait for someone to assist her. At that point, a young man began speaking to me thru the drive thru. He proceeded to tell me he can give me a buy one get one free..I explained that my coupon was for a free sandwich and I shouldn't have to pay for one, because they didn't know how to input the code. I asked for a manger. At this point, the young man is speaking to me and the woman is being very belligerent, yelling in the background about how she told me "I dont know how to do it!!" The young man said there was no manager there and that it was only the two of them. At THAT point, the SAME woman gets back on and says she is the manager, but still maintains she doesnt know how to input the coupon. My patience at this point was wearing very thin. I told them that this was unacceptable. They begin cursing, yelling and saying how THEY will call the police. Needless to say, I left. I didn't get my food, they didn't honor the coupon. These representatives lied, they cursed, they were rude and someone absolutely needs to be held accountable. The woman actually called me a B** as I drove away. Never again wil I patronize ANY Burger King...and the coupon was very simple..a free whopper..thats all..free whopper through...
Read moreMy family stopped in at this Burger King because the other location we had planned on eating at a few miles away was not offering dine in due to staffing shortages. My daughter had requested a cheeseburger and applesauce for lunch, and chose BK because it was close and would be quick. When we walked in, the restaurant was empty other than one couple who was already sitting and eating. The cashier did not greet us. We ordered our food and at no point did the cashier tell us that they were out of anything. When we picked up our food, she told us they gave us fries instead of applesauce and water instead of milk because they were out. Had we have known, we wouldn't have proceeded with ordering or eating here. She then handed us my husband's coke which was looked like dirty water; it was very obvious that there was no syrup. My husband mentioned it, and we were told they also did not have coke. He asked for another drink instead and she said she'd get it. Except she didn't. About 5 minutes later my husband asked someone else about the drink and we had learned that cashier wasn't even there - she had stepped out (There is no option for self serve drinks). The tables were all dirty, the floors badly needed to be swept and mopped, and the bathroom was disgusting. I'm aware that there are shortages with everything right now. Supplies. Food. Staff. But I do expect to be advised of the shortages when placing an order so I can make an informed decision or request something else. I also do expect for someone putting a lid on a drink to say something when it was clearly obvious that they need to change the syrup on their drink machine. A simple, "hey looks like we're out of coke, can I get you something else?" would have not taken any effort, instead of handing us a cup of carbonated water. Lesson learned. We...
Read moreAfter ordering two fish sandwich meals, we waited in line for over 20 minutes before we got to the window, then they didn't have our food ready so they asked us to pull forward to wait for the fish to cook. We then waited another 15+ minutes before they finally brought our food. We checked the order before driving off only to find that the fish was still frozen in the center and the fries were old. I don't think fresh fries should be too much to ask for, especially after waiting over 30 minutes for our food and the fish still being frozen was totally unacceptable under any circumstances. I immediately called the store and spoke to the manager and told him I wanted a refund, his reply was "I'm kinda busy right now, you'll have to come inside", this infuriated me because we went through the drivethrough for a reason and all he had to do is look out the window and see the handicapped tag on our car and he would have known, yet he continued to argue that he couldn't bring us our refund. I told him that we came through the drivethrough for a reason and that we had waited over 30 minutes for our old and uncooked food and that they had brought it to the car and they could walk their tails right back out there and give us our refund. Finally he brought the refund but he made sure that we knew he wasn't too happy about being pulled away from his job which he clearly was not doing properly. Needless to say, we will not be going back, at least not anytime within the...
