Walking in the place for the first time it was empty but the drive thru was full so they do get business and stay pretty steady but it goes more in their drive thru. If you're wanting a quiet sit down experience with the family it would be a good place to go. The prices are decent for the amount of food you get, the portions for the meat feel a bit lacking but the rice and veggies make up for the food amount. The amount is filling for a full size portion but they also do half sizes too. For the price I wouldn't do the triple since the meat portions don't look too proportionate to each other. The chicken and steak duo does come to a better price and to me is proportionate to the amount. The steak hibachi dinner had a good bit of meat to the meal and it wasn't grisly which I was surprised for the price. It tasted well and waa cooked to the right temp. Each meal came with a yum yum sauce but you can buy extra 3oz cups. It was like $4 or $5 bucks for a large plain fried rice so a good item for a quick cheap lunch. The noodles I wasn't pleased with since they were dry and weren't really flavored well. I did get them to get it with veggies but once I pulled noodles out they were stuck together. The kids loved them but the adults weren't really pleased with them. All in all for the amount and price it's a good place to go for a family meal

My husband and I come here every once in awhile, as a treat. Since his order is more specific, more rice, less veggie and more chicken tossed with Teryiaki, we have problems with them getting it correct. I prefer less rice and more veggies. Because of this, I make it a bit easier and get my chicken tossed in Teryiaki as well since there have been many times they keep doing it to my order and not his, however, this was ridiculous. I know some people enjoy very saucy meals; I do not. My entire plate was soaked with Teryiaki. If you order normally, you'll have no issues of course. The food is not bad, however, with all these mistakes of giving both of us more rice less veg or my chicken being tossed with Teryiaki instead of his, or me getting the extra chicken it's becoming a turn off of eating here anymore. It does cost extra for these, which is also the problem when they get it wrong almost every time. I know my husband will most likely continue to go. After this meal, with all the extra sauce, I don't want to continue eating here. Again, if you order normally no problems, just consider that in case!

Food was mid at best. We had ordered here previously from door dash and it wasn’t too bad, but we had done chicken hibachi dinners that time. I figured I’d try to general tso’s and my bf got the sweet and sour chicken and I opted for an egg roll to try. Both dinners were lacking sauce, the sweet and sour even coming pre-drenched with no additional cup of sauce. They didn’t include any soy sauce or duck sauce (given, I also didn’t ask, but I’m so used to a couple being tossed in from other places) so there wasn’t much helping the dishes with adding some extra moisture. I did appreciate that the egg roll wasn’t super greasy though, it was actually pretty good. This place would work in a pinch if you’re in the area and hungry… but there’s other fast food joints near that could do the trick instead. The staff at least were super sweet, I just wish their recipes were better. More sauce, more flavor to the sauce, keeping that sweet and sour in a cup as not to make the chicken soggy, and cooking the fried rice thoroughly (and adding some veggies to it, too, would have been nice..) would improve it.

Both entrees we order through drive thru had long strands of hair mixed in the vegetables that are basically under the meat. That was not the first thing wrong with one of the dishes. The dish was 1/2 chicken, both the chicken and vegetables were beyond ice cold. The other dish a full steak was barely warm. I called to explain about the hair and they said if you come back we will make it over, I’m not sure about anyone else but , I completely loose my appetite after there is a hair in the food. Not to mention I will not eat anything from the place again. Then the person on the phone said well the manager is here and you can talk to them. Not if you come we will refund your money, was you can “talk” that is not the appropriate response when you serve food with hair. Also, there was never an apology, not even any kind of response to make us feel like they were shocked or embarrassed to the incident. For as many Hibachi restaurants in this area, for this to be a drive thru for people who can’t go in and sit, their standards should be higher. I would even prefer to go to a new hibachi restaurant and they were horrible as well. If you choose to continue to eat here check your food to make sure the food does not have hair and that your food is hot. They will not have my business any longer. Hairy food hater!!! I decided to take the loss of the 30.00 I spent due to the lack of remorse the restaurant has due to the situation. As I took the way it was handled on the phone as there was not any chance of getting our money back. Sometimes when things appear HiaHia we...
