Service was awful ordered a family meal pack mixed but when I got home there was only dark meat chicken or no white meat supposed to have mashed potatoes and mac and cheese but instead got to coleslaw no one in my family eat coleslaw and then the biscuits were literally white and raw and I was upset because I didn't share the food out. And my kids went to take out their biscuit and I had to catch my daughter who was bidding in to a raw biscuit. I don't know how you could serve the raw Biscuit the kids literally was stretching it and playing with it and then when you call the number no one answered it was just busy all the time I've called for two weeks in a row every single day trying to get in touch with somebody to let them know cuz I am upset at the fact that they could serve the biscuit was raw up to now I have not been in touch with anyone because there was no answer Just busy signal all the time I would not recommend anybody going to this KFC 11/1/2022 Just went back and the service is awful. They messed up my order gave me crispy chicken instead of original. When I return it they tried to tell me that it was original but the fryer make it crispy. When I told them that I know the difference between crispy and original chicken they then told me the original was going to be a 4 mins wait. ( I only go to KFC for original chicken. If I wanted crispy chicken I would have went to popeyes or bojangles.) I agree to wait after waiting 15mins. Someone came to my car with the wrong order after I informed her that it was wrong she went inside and came back out with yet again the wrong order for the third time. So this time I went inside to let then know. Which was I had to wait another 15 mins. During this process the lobby and drive up parking area was filled with people who all was complaining about their orders. If there was an option to give no stars. That would be what they get. They are not deserving of a one star. This will be my last time...
Read moreNever had a great experience, but also never a bad one. Until yesterday at 11am. The poor guy working at the window was clearly new. He told me it’d be a 10 min wait on the sandwich and then he said “hold one nvm they’re ready”. Well when we got to the window the manager was being very rude and yelling at him. She was telling him “you better stop telling people we don’t have ….” And he was agreeing and was smiling trying to maintain a positive experience in front of the customer. We had 2 orders and she yelled at him the entire time he was checking us out for both of them. We paid cash and while he was getting us the change she was rushing him to move us along because of their timer. Well it was taking him a while because he has ONE ARM. I was so appalled. Then he asked us to pull up and wait for 5 mins and come back around. So we did. When we got back around we were told they forgot our fries so it’d be another 5 mins wait. We waited again. So when we pulled around AGAIN I got the food and immediately started checking it (getting my food took less time than paying). The manager came over and told me I needed to move to check my food because they have a timer. Mind you no one was in line any time i came through. Anywho i knew what was missing and told her at the window and she proceeded to tell me to park and come in to get my stuff. The lack of professionalism in this manager was absolutely appalling. Yelling at a disabled person for moving to slow all while yelling at him while the window is open, refusing to help me at the window even tho I was there for less than 30 secs. Read moreWe ordered pickup tonight and it stated the order would be ready by 7:35pm. We walked in a few minutes before and it took about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. We were told the food wasn't ready. Another 15 minutes passed, we were told (when having to catch someone walking by to ask..) it wasn't ready and that it would be a few "moments" when they looked on the pickup shelf behind their counter. Almost 30 minutes in, we were barley spoken to. At one point, an employee came up asking what we wanted to order, I stated we were waiting on a pickup order and asked for an update to which he just turned around and never came back... Other employees would just look over and never ask or do anything to help... By 8:10pm (40 minutes after!!!!!), another person came up and was like "Oh yeah here it is I think" and pulled it off a shelf and gave it to us to check if it was ours..
So we waited 40 minutes for food that was apparently ready the whole time, ignored by almost every employee, every single employee (whether speaking to each other or to other customers) were so disrespectful and possibly the worst customer service or communication skills in general I have ever seen. The fact that these were all adults in a workplace dealing with the public (AND FOOD!) was disturbing and literally the worst experience I have ever had in any restaurant. I will not be back to not only this KFC, but any in general. I would like to have my money back for this transaction, but based on my experience with the food and service itself, I unfortunately have low hopes I will even get...
