I do not have pictures because we immediately ate BUT the food was so good that I made sure I came and wrote a thorough review of my family’s experience. I really hope this helps.
Review of Caribee Jerk, A Jamaican Cuisine Restaurant:
I’m writing this review for complete transparency of my experience. The food is amazing. I called around 2:20 pm and arrived around 3 pm and my food was freshly made and ready to go. I ordered the Large Callaloo, Ox Tail Pasta, and Red Pea Vegan Stew.
The Callaoo was in two sizes, small and large, which meant a side dish or a dinner which includes rice and plantains. I got the dinner and it was a nicely portioned size. There’s no meat in there and it is well made. It mixes nicely with the Rice & Peas because the rice is very flavorful. Certainly a good choice.
The Red Pea Vegan Stew was a nice blend of veggies and dumplings alongside Rice & Peas and Plantains. Same size portion as the Callaloo. I’d say a size portioned for 1-2 people max. The Stew is very well seasoned, not overly salted and blends well with the rice because it is not as deeply flavored as the rice. The Rice & Pease is very flavorful.
The Ox Tail pasta was delicious YET it only had three tiny pieces of oxtail in there and was extremely sauced up. I mean tiny. My partner complained of the price for what he called a Ox Tail SAUCE Pasta with an oxtail sample. We ordered the Ox Tail Pasta with special hopes to taste their Ox Tail, which we heard about that made us eat there in the first place. It was disappointing to only get three small nubs. I’m not certain if that’s how they serve the dish or if it was an honest mistake.
Overall, Caribee Jerk is a solid choice. We only ordered those three dishes today but I’d bet on the rest of their dishes being just as delicious. The food is perfectly spiced yet not spicy and not overly salted. I will mention that they have a Vegan menu option with no Soy! I really appreciate the atmosphere. Walking in I felt like I was in a shop back home. The restaurant has been open for 3 years and is family owned and operated with a friendly and welcoming staff. The shop is clean and feels fresh with powerful leaders and quotes along the walls which I personally appreciate. The bathroom was out of order at the time and the parking lot is store front and easily accessible. I will definitely dine at this restaurant again, but if I am in the mood for Ox Tails I may be trying...

A Master Class in Hospitality and Flavor
From the moment I stepped into Caribbean Jerk, I realized this wasn’t just another restaurant — it was an experience.
Service Beyond Compare
Ms. Jodi and her son Brandon redefined what customer service means. Ordering food felt less like a transaction and more like a genuine conversation. Brandon’s warm smile, steady eye contact, and welcoming presence set the tone immediately. Ms. Jodi radiates the kind of kindness and attentiveness that makes you feel like family from the first “hello.”
Food That Speaks for Itself
The food? Absolutely phenomenal. This is hands down the best Jamaican cuisine I’ve had in Georgia. Every plate was prepared and served right in front of me, fresh and vibrant, carrying the unmistakable authenticity of true island flavor. The portions were generous not a single bite left me wishing for more.
Atmosphere of Care
What impressed me most was how intentional everything felt. The preparation wasn’t rushed; it was precise and crafted with care. The hospitality wasn’t forced; it was heartfelt. That combination creates an atmosphere that’s rare in today’s dining scene one where both food and people nourish you.
Final Word
If I had one complaint, it’s this: why didn’t I discover this place sooner? Caribbean Jerk is not just a restaurant; it’s a destination. For anyone searching for authentic Jamaican food paired with world-class service, this is the spot to visit.
Brandon and Ms. Jodi, thank you. You’ve set the bar high — not just for Caribbean food, but for hospitality itself.

Read moreOkay so not going to lie, place looks pretty run down. Bathrooms not working and since the sign that tells you that is bolted to the wall I imagine it has been broken for a while. I'm not going to completely judge a place by its cover since I'm here for food, but if you have been upper class this is not your kind of joint. Along with the bathrooms too many other things "out of order". No goat when I tried to order it, no Jamaican patties when I tried to order, broken soda fountain. That's why I took off for service because the worker was fine. The food was delivered fast and there was a small spot with red blood in the chicken, which often indicates chicken isn't completely cooked as it should turn clear. The sign says meat contains bones but it is as though they took a whole chicken and used a hammer to separate it because everything is broken and there are shards in the meal. Onto the food, the portions are huge for the price. We both got a big tray of food for only $11 in the current economy. The rice/beans side was good, the cabbage side was very good. I got the curry chicken which was good enough for me to order again but the jerk chicken was really good. Nice charred taste with a good balance of spice. In the end I would order again for the jerk chicken alone but the place is really falling apart and because of that I cannot say this place is...
