Krystal — Restaurant in Dallas

Hi All,

I am giving a 5 star review (my very first online review) for the food & customer service which I and my family experienced today at the Krystal fast food restaurant located at 1291 Merchants Drive, Dallas, GA 30132.

Upon arrival I was promptly met at the walk-in window where the young lady kindly met me with a smile and was very helpful in assisting me with how best to place my order so I wouldn't have to pay more for the same food items by selecting them in a combination that would in the end cost me more. I have never had that experience in my life!!!

The Store Manager went out of her way to interact with me and my family on a personal level as we were eating at the covered tables outside the store. Each of the 4 tables seat 6 and are covered by large metal umbrellas, all which were in the shade by evening which was really nice on such a hot day. I also noticed that each of the tables and grounds were clean upon arrival.

The Manager and her team even provided us with enough printed coupons for each of my 6 family members so that we could save on our next few visits.

I also noticed while sitting outside at our table that vehicles were zipping in, placing their orders, and zipping out quite quickly.

I could see the staff working busily inside like clockwork servicing each customer promptly and with a smile. This is definitely why this type of restaurant is called "fast food" in the first place. But I wondered for this location they may have to change it to "faster-than-fast food" restaurant.

I felt the entire staff definitely showed they valued me and my family enough to take a little extra time in assisting me to get a great price and ensuring we enjoyed our visit.

We will definitely be returning!

Funny thing is they didn't even know it was my birthday today, but they helped to make my special day with my family just that much more special!

You'll definitely find I and my family at the Krystal "faster-than-fast" food restaurant in Dallas whenever delicious burgers, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, fries, yummy slushies, shakes, and ice cream cones are on our families fun list!

Seriously, what family with kids doesn't like these food items at least once in a while!

Well, nice thing is they're all in one place, delicious, and at very reasonable prices at Krystal.

I encourage you to journey on down to the Dallas location and give them a try.

I'm sure you'll enjoy your experience and the food at Krystal as much as we did.

I ordered 12 Krystal’s with cheese and was asked to pull up to the curb while the put them together. I am the only customer there when I pull in and I’m on the curb for about five minutes before somebody else pulled in. This car is also asked to pull up to the curb beside me. I see a lady walk from the building, carrying a bag of food and wearing her sanitary gloves while eating a Krystal on her way out the door and across the parking lot. She walks over to the car beside me and hands the lady in the car the bag of food, and starts to walk away. The lady opens the bag sticks her hand in and notices. It’s not her food and calls the lady back to her car. This lady takes the bag of food and brings it over to me and says here’s your water. I told the lady you’ve got to be crazy if I’m going to except the food that that lady over there just stuck her hand down in and went through. She told me she would take the bag back inside and redo it and I told her just to give me my money back. I asked her if I could see the manager and she told me she was the manager. I will never go back to this place again and I feel sorry for anybody who mistakenly gets food from this place he gets sick. I can’t believe a restaurant would be like this with Covid...

The little snippy ternager decided to yell at my husband at the speaker, when he said he was ready she immediately popped off with an attitude and yelled "i said order when youre ready" Good thing he was in the driver seat because this little girl needed an attitude adjustment. She was talking trash about the elderly man behind me because he couldn't hear her and making fun of him. Yelling swear words while the windows open, just all around unprofessional. If you hate your job so much, find another one. Don't make it the customers problem and before anyone comes for me, I worked fast food for about 8 years and never once treated a customer the way this little teen did. The only saving grace at this location is the sweet older woman who took over the window. I think she could see my facial expression from where she was standing. I had to keep my mouth shut the entire time we sat there before I said some rude ish back. Lastly. Food was trash. Old, cold and crusty. All I wanted were some tots and a slushy and got hit with "it's broken. Try again." Ugh. Close this place down and put a Starbucks or chikfila. I'm sick of the rude people in this whole...
