Hello Burger King.

My name is Cecil Eugene Moore Jr and On today while placing my order I was totally disrespected by your asscoiate I believe by the name of Maritza who was making my order. She was not paying attention to me and when I finally did get the order finished with her I pulled to the window to find that she was getting a Little Caesars pizza delivered to her some how through the drive thru window from her, “baby daddy,” she says. I am dissatisfied with her completely especially knowing that I used to work at the little caesars myself and personally know that little caesars does not deliver. To top it all off when I asked for her name she left the window and closed the window in my face. Talked to me rudely and did not care when the manager, “Estella,” approached. Who also was not really taking great care of me either. Who does not agree that the drive thru window is not a place for team members to get their lunch. Says, it is no problem.” My main concern is for the young mans safety. He could be hurt. Also for Little Caesars because it is not in their policy to make deliveries. Also because he could have taken it inside. I had to beg for an apology as well. Very low. I was respectful and only asked for respect in return. Barely got that. Got attitude. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, oh my goodness. Attempted to order breakfast, but the drive through attendant was argumentative, rude, and impatient, so I just left. How can anyone act like this at a drive through window is beyond my comprehension. She told me to order when ready, then I started to order after a moment of reviewing the menu, she said to wait because she was assisting someone in the parlor. Then I started again and she couldn't hear me, and said to pull around. I was still looking at the menu, and she just kept repeating it. Then when I pulled around and started to order I said maybe the speaker is acting up. She said no YOU WEREN'T TAKING LOUD ENOUGH???(with an attitude) I ASSURE I WAS TALKING LOUD ENOUGH, again I apologized and started to order and she again says I needed to speak up again face to face at the WINDOW, are you kidding me? I said NEVERMIND I'LL JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. GEEZ, RUDE, RUDE, AND WHO DOES THAT? I WAS SPEAKING CLEARLY, loudly AND BEING POLITE, there's no excuse for this!!! I'm not a huge fan of Burger King in the first place, but my daughter loves it and it is nice to let her play on the indoor playground when it is cold outside - but I will never come back to this location again! Today was not the first time I've had a bad experience here, but I assumed the last time(s) were just bad days – now I know that every day is a bad day here! They don't have some of the items and specials that BK advertises on television, they don't have ANY dipping sauce for the nuggets, they don't have current kids meal toys and they don't even have the kids crowns that BK has offered for decades (and my daughter has come to expect). Last time they got my order wrong in the drive through (missing sandwich), then they gave me the WRONG sandwich when I came inside and specifically told them what was missing. Probably the only good thing about this location is that they have one of the fancy soda machines that lets you add flavors to pretty much any drink, but it is almost always out of some/all of the drinks and/or flavors.
