Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

Update!! Feb. 6 2025!! LilC's is the new champ of fast quality, great tasting pizza you can buy at a great price and a taste that will have you coming back for more! In my new photos there is the new 4 cheese crazy puffs and the Extramostbestest Italian sausage pizza. First time trying both and LilC's didn't disappoint!! And I also tried out the " Pizza Portal " they got going on for those who love online ordering! And the Pizza Portal is exactly why they call it a Portal!! If you see the time on the photo I ordered my food to when it was done you will see it's better to go thru the Pizza Portal!! My food was hot and fresh out that machine!! And it is so easy to use!! They send you an email with the code and a QR code as back up if the three digit code doesn't work. As far as the lower stars for customer service and atmosphere well honestly what do you expect? You have some places who love to smile and you have some that don't. Which is why you should use the " Pizza Portal " no talking or seeing anyone except your pizza!! And after that it's grub time!!

It's been a good couple years since I've eaten LilC's due to a bad pizza experience. Stuck with Domino's for a while. But I've been seeing reviews on YT on how LilC's has gotten better?? So I decided to check the menu and I ordered the half pepperoni half Italian cheese bread. And ordered extra crazy sauce.

I ordered my pizza at 11:am when they first opened. I didn't take a slice to eat until later on bc I was busy and wanted to eat the pizza later.

Kept it on the stove in the box until I took a slice to eat. Which was 2 hours later and by now it's cold. Which I didn't mind bc if you can pass the cold pizza taste good taste test then your awesome pizza.

Ate the Italian cheese bread cold first and dipped it in the crazy sauce. Not bad for being cold.

An hour later got a slice of the pepperoni pizza and took a good bite with no sauce and it was good. Dipped half eaten into the sauce and it was delicious!!! I'm very impressed with the taste of it since it was cold!!

The photos are of the pizza already sitting cold on my oven for over 2 hours! And the pizza looks like I just bought it hot!! Btw this pizza is from the Abrams and Skillman area in Dallas.

I can't vouch for other LilC's but this one I can and say order away bc they make a damn good pizza to go!!

Will be coming back when I feel pizza hungry!! Domino's gonna be second take due to no new pizza ideas and price being just a little bit higher for variety.

I will never order anything from this establishment again. I ordered my food online. The order number was 100-1990 when I arrive to pick it up I didn’t think that I will have to check my food to make sure it was correct once I got home I put the food on the counter. My kids have already started to fix their plate. . However, they did not eat it. I told them to stop that’s not what we ordered. I’m going to take it back what I ordered was a pretzel crust, pepperoni pizza, and a cheese pizza. The cheese pizza didn’t even have pizza sauce on it, and it had pepperoni on it. I took the food back up there and explain to them that they my order was not correct.

Ana, the store manager I’m assuming acknowledge that my order was fixed incorrectly. However, they could not replace it or give me a refund because the pizza was not in tack. I explain to her. I did not want to put the slices that my kids had touch back in the box. However, they have not been eating if she needs proof that they have not been in. I would be happy to drive back home to bring them. She still replied, and stated that it was Store policy and that she could not replace my food. I have worked in many fast food restaurants in my younger years. I have never known any type of establishment to have a policy where they acknowledge that they fix the food wrong but we’re not going...

This place used to be good. While the pizzas are still ok the crazy bread and staff are another story. I used to go here a couple of times a week and everything was fine but a few months ago something changed. I'm not sure if it is the "why are you bothering me" staff attitude or what. They usually just stare at you while you decide and place your order..if youre lucky they will barely give you any kind of greeting, maybe a "hi". Lastly, I LOVE Crazy Bread. I crave it at times and have stopped multiple times just for some. But here they decided to just cut up overcooked pizza dough and throw it in the bag. Little to no garlic oil or parmesan. It is extremely disappointing. I even expressed the fact to one worker in a nice manner, and she ensured me it was good because she made that batch herself. Of course it wasn't and I was let down once again. If you are anywhere near the location on Coit in Richardson or NW HWY in Dallas, go to them instead. Tonight will be the last night I will visit...
