I would love too deeply and sincerely say that this is the best treatment I've ever had at a Chili's in my entire life. Heck folks way back in the day I used to work for Chili's as a waiter. Came in on a real cold Misty Rainy Night On a 3-day weekend Monday being Day. When I arrived there's a little confusion, by the customers . They were edging around moving like broken up cattle on a drive on a hot Sunday. I wish that immediately recognized by An employee by the name of Hugh, a fine young man, who ushered me ro the bar area parting the Red Sea of confused customers, Milling around , found me a seat. , plunged in my dead cell phone from the road got me a menu poured me a adrink All In a matter of less than 2 minutes. Ladies and gentlemen this young man was already done for the night had done his checkout and was ready to go home I was then quickly introduced by and to Kate who gave me her recommendations for the menu .Kaye was consistently and continually maintaining a bar area and who has a professional swivel , is what I call in the business , where she consistently monitors the area Like a Shepherd does his flock. I was then later on introduced to Amelia who happened to be in the area and help me out with a few Minor Details I needed and who was also on her way home but took the time out to be kind to me in time of need. I had the bacon avocado chicken sandwich which was hot fresh and delicious. My compliments to the kitchen staff that night, best sandwich I've ever had at a Chili's. Ladies and gentlemen in the world we live in today the culture of customer service has taken a turn of decline. I honestly have lowered my standards to staff because of the change of the culture of customer service in America. However my attitude and dining soul what's redeemed this evening buy these three individuals who out of true genuine kind character took care of a stranger with no inhibitions or hesitation of loving service. Read moreWhere do I start...My wife and I absolutely love Chili's but this is perhaps the worst one I have ever stepped foot in. My wife is 8.5 months pregnant so we didn't feel like cooking tonight and this Chili's is one of the few dine in restaurants in our area. We arrived at 7:04 and after a short 5 minute wait were seated at approximately 7:10. We ordered one appetizer, a beer (for me), and a water for my wife. Between that initial order and 45 minutes later when it was actually delivered, we never saw our waitress again. Since both of our drinks were empty, I asked the bus boy if he could get her. After 10 minutes, she finally showed back up and asked what we needed.
Instead of ordering our meal, we just got refills and a desert (chocolate chip cookie) so we could leave. Little did we know that desert would set us back another 45 minutes, during which we would never see our waitress again. When it finally arrived (delivered by someone else), it was burnt. My wife sent it back and asked for the check. After another 10 minutes, the manager shows back up with what was presumably our desert and flips it over to show us that it "wasn't burnt."
This is the first time I have ever left a review for any company but this was literally the worst service I've ever received. As if seeing our waitress 3 times in 2 hours wasn't bad enough, the last thing I was expecting was the manager to bring back something we returned to argue that it was cooked right. Read moreWell it’s chilis so my expectations were mild.. however when we got there the table was super sticky and not wiped down (drink condensation rings on tabletop) so we asked nicely if they would be able to wipe it down and the gentleman said “oh it’s the sanitizer it makes it sticky, it’s not dry let’s go to another booth” then moved us to the booth to the right of it. We take our order, then about 5 minutes in he seats a family to the booth right behind us. Mind you he didn’t clean it anytime after I brought it up. We ordered the queso. It came cold. The cheese was still hard. On top of that, the spoon they put in it made it taste Metallicy, that metal taste, and it wasn’t good.
