Went to this location last night about 9:30 p.m. it was I and my two kids.After about 10 mins we where seated finally. Went to seat down both was dirty. Buss person after about 10 mins finally cleaned the seat. But had to wait again for waiters to wipe it down cause it was wet. Waited another ten mins for her to take our drink order. So myself and kids are very simple we order the same thing. So we got the three for me and blackberry tea and waters. Ok order the soup potatoe soup no chives. Smash burger grilled onion one with pickles the other two with out add mayo as well as the thousand island comes. Ok soups cold ice cold ask for those to be reheated. Burgers come out super fast raw I mean raw. Sent them back waited almost 40 mins for those. Not to mention black stuff floating in our waters. Then manager brings out burgers no apologies just pure sarcasm. Advised him soups where cold and we waited forever. His statement about the soup ohhh that's how we serve it!!!! Not funny at all.... then nothing else he vanished. Burgers no thousand island still wrong. I've never been to a restaurant and been treated as so. No apologies no offer for dessert. But for the finale. Went to back no discount but Bill was $79.80. Told the waitress and she was like ok whats wrong now. What's wrong service was horrible customer service sucked. And can you not add 3 ...3 for me's are no where near $79.80 ma'am and she looked at me like I was crazy. So I had to say ma'am how is that $79. Oh yea hold on refresh now Bill was $35 and some change. This wasvmy first time at the location and the last time at this location. Really feelvdiscriminated. And unwanted . Chili’s was one of my fav spots to go grab a bite I went a day ago to have some dinner with friend and boy was I disappointed first off server was nice when our appetizer was served another server noticed we placed our order I don’t know if he was mad because of how much we got he handed us our plates and forgot to bring one more and basically threw it at us me and friend caught that we cook ourselves at mesquite I understand how frustrating it is for someone to order a lot of food but what I don’t understand is why make it such a big deal not only that I asked for my steak to be medium and got well done steak with no type of seasoning not only that I got 8 wings two of the wings weren’t cooked at all pink all over the bone and part of the chicken I don’t like complaining about food because I myself cook at a restaurant but this was just disgusting and disappointing my friend didn’t like his chicken tenders he said they felt rubbery and cold I didn’t hesitate to just pay and leave with no tip I understand it wasn’t the servers fault but if the food ain’t it I’m sorry honey but y’all need to do better also a lot of people on their phone when food should be taken out sorry not sorry I give yall huge credits anytime someone doesn’t know a spot to go eat at but I will never...

Our experience at this establishment was highly disappointing, both in terms of food quality and customer service. During the evening shift on 3/31/25, the manager was unnecessarily combative and argumentative from the moment we were seated. We initially requested a booth, but he insisted on seating us at a table, stating that high chairs were not permitted at booths. When we requested a booth with a booster seat instead, he became visibly frustrated about having to clean one for us.

We ordered the skillet queso, which arrived with an unusually watery consistency, accompanied by chips that were so stale they would not break, even when bitten into. Our server was understanding, apologized, and acknowledged the issue. However, the manager then approached our table specifically to argue that the chips had changed and suggested we simply not order them if we did not like them.

Due to the unnecessary confrontation and concerns about food quality, we chose to leave before ordering any additional food. Despite this, we were still charged $20 for drinks that we never had the opportunity to enjoy. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this location. Not kid...
