Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Dallas

Worst experience i have ever had at this location. They're lucky that i dont have the option to have no stars at all because thats exactly what this chipotle deserves!! IT WAS HORRIBLE !!! My coworkers and i decided to get some luch at this place and everything from the customer service to the food taste was beyond bad... there was a girl there that was in charge of adding meat and beans and man was she gave EVERYONE attitude i was giving her simple instructions and looked at me like i was dirt.. NEVER AGAIN!! Whoever runs this place needs to really look into getting new staff because that just is another location looking into getting closed if they keep up with this.. no one asked you to work there you decided to work there on your own free will so its not my problen nor anyone elses problem on why you decided to have a bad day and ruin everyones meal... i love to give good reviews but this place was one of the few places that ive had to give a bad review to because i am not only speaking for myself but everyone else that was affected by this girls attitude during lunch time. i get that everyone has their days but thats not my problem. The sanitation is disgusting, and the health code violations are so numerous I can’t list them all here. The back is stacked with piled-high unwashed dishes and spilled food as far as the eye can see. There was not a single surface (table, prep area in the back, counter top where the food is made, floor) that is not littered in spilled sauce/food/trash. I would be shocked if there wasn’t a bug problem. They can’t prep the food or make your bowl/burrito without dragging it through spilled food.

My burrito became slowly caked in food that was spilled down the entire prep line. The outside foil was covered in previously spilled food/sauce and they didn’t even bother to cover half of it. I threw out my uneaten burrito on the way out the door because I could not bring myself to eat it.

This location is grossly understaffed and should be shut down for health code violations. The staff are overwhelmed and covered in food, you can see they are just trying to keep their head...

I am editing my review because - after just 2 trips - I have decided that this location knows nothing about customer service (or they just don't care). On my two trips, those working behind the counter are pretty young kids. And as is typical with the millennial generation, they were more interested in socializing with each other than serving customers. I waited while one kid joked with a female counterpart he was making a burrito for (she appeared to be off duty at the time). Then she began flirting with the cashier, who got distracted and, like his colleagues, did not appear to care the line was backing up. This location needs managerial oversight in a major way. The workers there are proof that when the cat's away, the mice will play. If the manager endorses that behavior and does nothing to teach the simple principles of customer service, then...
