Starbucks — Restaurant in Dallas

Please do not come to this location and spend YOUR money here.They are extremely rude and will discriminate against you. The manager Amy with short red hair and glasses is extremely rude and passive and doesn't act like a good person at all. I don't think it's professional at all for a brand like starbucks to have a racist manager and staff. On a hot day I came in here to cool down and feel the ac after i got off of work.(because texas is very hot). I asked for a cup of water(free) and sat down. Amy was very condescending and came to me and told me to leave if I wasn't going to order anything. I told her I was catching my breath from the hot weather. She did not care. I said well at least let me use the restroom before I leave and she said "I'm sorry I can't let you do that". I heard the entrance door open and it was security there to ask me to leave. SHE CALLED SECURITY ON ME FOR SITTING DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!! The fact that she called security on me and I wasn't even making a scene or bothering anyone is so disturbing, because what was your real reason for calling security if no one was in danger. I work near this location and I know that there is homeless population but I'm not homeless nor do I look homeless. I had just got off of work and wanted to rest my legs and instead got discriminated against by a mean old white lady with a bad attitude. This starbucks was horrible and discriminatory. I am a truck driver and needed some coffee during the evening. I walked up to the drive-thru and immediately the staff was rude to me. The girl working the front register took one look at me and then left and got her manager (I'm Black) and then he would not even open the window to speak when I said I could not understand them through a CLOSED WINDOW. I had to yell to explain that I'm a truck driver and my semi would not fit through the drive-thru. They said they could not service me and then I asked if I could just place an order through the app to pick it up. He told me no and that there was nothing they could do. I've been driving for 4 years and have gone to multiple starbucks. As soon as I tell them I'm a truck driver and I show them my CDL they assist me. It was the first time both of these staff took one look at me and already made a judgment off of my appearance. People were staring and I was so appalled and embarrassed. Pulled into the drive-through at 7:58 at this Starbucks and according to Google theyre open till 9 PM. I waited patiently thinking maybe they were with somebody inside after 3 minutes I pulled up to the drive-through window and instead of finding out what I might need or politely inform me that they are closed they just look through the window and did a cut throat motion at me. I was clearly here ahead of the closure. I pulled around to the front to see that they do actually close at 8 PM, And have done so long enough to have it on their signage in the window. At which point another employee comes to the window and does a cut throat movement as wrll and I was already back in my vehicle. I mouthed hat I was there ahead of 8pm. And she laughed and walked away dancing. I don't believe that wasting people's time to drive to your establishment when you are closed is funnyou are closed is funny I don't believe that not serving people who believe you are open because you state you are open is funny.
