Had an amazing experience, especially during the hours of 1-5pm when it wasn’t busy at all. We practically had the place to ourselves! The facilities were spotless—tables were cleaned and sanitized immediately after they were vacated, and the trampoline area was sanitized every 30 minutes. The bathrooms were also very clean, although they don’t provide seat covers.

The game variety was great, especially for toddlers since many of their games were in free play mode. had an amazing experience, especially during the hours of 1-5pm when it wasn’t busy at all.

For older kids, there were plenty of games to choose from, although you’ll need to use play points. My nephews absolutely loved the Ninja Turtle game—it’s a hit! I just wish more locations offered it. One minor downside was that the tickets-to-points conversion isn’t what it used to be when we were kids in the ‘90s, but the kids still had fun.

The food was a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend the mushroom and spinach pizza—it was delicious! The wings were okay, but they do offer them at a great discount. The salad bar was always stocked, and I appreciated that they quickly replenished items like jalapeños when they got low. They offer a good variety of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, though oddly, no coffee.

We also got the Fun Pass, and it was totally worth it. You get 250 play points every day and 50% off food and additional play points if needed. You can even earn points to redeem for more play points or food items. What I loved most was the flexibility—you can split the play points across multiple cards or get a wristband for just $5.99. My 1-year-old niece even figured out how to use the play card, and the wristbands are great because they can’t be easily removed by kids. The food discounts alone were worth it—we got two large pizzas (one with chicken and one with mushroom & spinach) for only $7.77!

Lastly, a shoutout to Deedria, who was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly kind, patient, and went out of her way to help me when I was juggling my 5 nephews and niece. Her helpfulness made the day a lot easier, and I truly appreciated it.

Highly recommend this Chuck E. Cheese location! We’ll...

Had a good time celebrated with the birthday girl the food was good the kids had a good time was a relaxing setting the prices were kinda high but what do you expect it was a nice way to start off the weekend good time with the family and friends kids enjoyed their selves so I can't really complain it's a place where a kid can be a kid in a safe environment and the workers made sure it was enjoyable I got to play some games brought me back to my childhood as this was a place I visited as a kid on my birthday so it brought back good memories and I hope this will have ever lasting memories for the children that were here and they will take it with them and they will be able to have memories for their lives which will make them want to bring their children and will be a thing for them to enjoy and it will be something for them to pass along as I have as my parents did for me and I know it was enjoyable for me as a child and I know I want to bring my kids back also and I my kids will bring their kids so it will keep going on for generations because this is a place where a kid can be a kid and feel safe and not worry about anything else except fun and I didn't have to worry about the stress of life for just a couple of hours and it gave me a piece of mind even though it was a just short piece of time but it was...

I’m only giving 2 stars because SOME of the employees seemed really nice, other than that, 2 out of the 6 ticket counter machines were working, leaving 4 down. A lot of the games weren’t printing tickets, but the absolute worst thing about this place is how the people there act. I hadn’t been to this location in years but decided to take my son today, I accidentally left my wallet on top of game, came back & it was gone. I went into panic mode but the staff was able to return it to me, BUT $100 was taken from it. I was informed by the staff member that found it, that it was thrown by a “thank you” box or something. After this, no one seemed to care that something was stolen from one of their customers, I’m sure it’s all on camera & the thief was recorded but no one there seems to care, as I mentioned the cameras to them, the response I got was “we do have cameras”... I’m not sure if I’m to call the police or what at this point but this is ridiculous that this is the kind of people who are occupying this location. I remember what woman came behind me & played the game after me & I strongly believe it was her that took it, as I went to look around for her to confront her, she had already...

02/27 is my daughter's birthday. We were greeted by the super sweet, very energetic party host. She saw we had a cake, offered to put it in the freezer. I ask what they did for walk in birthday kids, they said when we are ready they'll have chuckie come and sing happy birthday. Their pizza is really good, their wings are soft and good but little lol. After kids played their games it was time to cut the cake. I asked for the cake, and she made sure i had candles and lights (which i had but it was nice of her to ask) and gave me a cutter and the host got chuckie. Chuckie draws a crowd of kids lol and i wasn't ready 🤣 i hurriedly crack open the candies and cake. And we all sang happy birthday (so did strangers 😭❤). I am really thankful for the workers here they really made my daughters, spontaneous birthday, special 🎂😍

Mmm.. I don't know how to describe the experience. My expectations were stuck in the past. I really miss the dirty play pens they used to have. My kids had fun, but I was left with a void.... That I know they won't get to experience. Anywho, this establishment was clean, food was okay, and salad bar was kept clean and tidy. We didn't use any bathrooms, so I can't say how clean or dirty they were. But since this place was clean, I'll say expect the same? Team working here was super nice, good job crew working today! Overall, I would say my kids had a blast. So Chuck e cheese is still putting smiles on faces!
