Rude little girl with her hair in a ponytail at the window in the morning today 4/10 at 8:15am the girl standing behind her with glasses was nice I had ordered a few days ago and they messed up my order so a very nice Pleasant guy on the night shift, wrote down my name and told me to come back and order the same thing and they would replace it so I went to the drive-through and did just that I ordered the exact same thing at the window and the girl with the ponytail was very rude shut the window came back and said next time, say its a replacement at the window in a very rude, condescending voice, and just shut the window on me again without saying here you go or I’m sorry about the order being wrong God forbid she say anything nice she left a small crack so I snapped back and told her OK but the last time y’all messed up my order, this is exactly how I did it with no issues and no one was rude so I did it again this way you don’t have to be rude she then very loudly in a taunting voice said have a good day Savanahhhhhh in the same rude Condescending voice again with an ugly smirk I could hear the girl behind her saying sorry have a good day in a nice voice wish she had been the one at the window no one is forcing you to work at Starbucks if you wanna quit quit but don’t be unnecessarily rude to people it’s not my fault yall always mess up orders at this location 24/7 maybe slow down because yall always give me regular cold foam when I order salted caramel cold foam if you don’t want me coming for a remake then make my drink right the first time and stop being incompetent. At any other location that would have happily remade my drink and been nice to me not treated me like I was a burden for coming to get a remake on an order THEY messed up Thanks.

*Update the remake was once again wrong regular cold foam instead of salted caramel I don’t understand why it’s so hard to put the right cold foam

The staff's efficiency was truly commendable. Despite the long and winding line of cars in the drive-through, they ensured that each order was taken promptly and accurately. Even during peak hours, the team managed to maintain a sense of calm and focus, guaranteeing that every customer received their beverage just as they wanted it.

It wasn't just the speed and accuracy of the service that impressed me; it was the genuine warmth and friendliness of the staff. Each interaction felt personalized, as if I were a regular customer they knew by name. They never rushed the order process, taking the time to engage in friendly conversation and make me feel truly valued.

However, the only downside of the entire experience was the extended wait time in the drive-through lane. While it is not uncommon for Starbucks drive-throughs to have lines, this particular location seemed to have an unusually long line during my visit. Due to the pandemic I know certain policies have now been put in place but as a truck driver there’s usually a slight accommodation to helping me place an order since I can’t drive my semi truck through the drive through. Typically I place my order ahead but I’m in a state that doesn’t have my bank so I’m unable to add funds to my Starbucks app (which has happened a handful of times at most) when this does occur typically I can either order in store or someone would take my order at the door and allow me to pay at the door. Unfortunately at this location the so-called manager was not accommodating and although Flow, the manager name, said I would have to order ahead or go through the drive through after I explained to her she stated she sees my semi but it’s ALL STARBUCKS that aren’t accepting cash and then said I would have to go through the drive through on foot in 103 degree weather and wait in the long line in the hot weather. I was disturbed at her lack of professionalism and her obvious attitude as she was talking to me that bothered me most. While this pandemic has been going on Starbucks is the only location that my husband and I stop at, while we travel across country delivering load, in order to get healthier options for breakfast. I’ve never had such a displeasing visit at Starbucks in all the years I’ve been a patron. It’s hard for me to understand that during these hard times why Starbucks would have an employee even more so a manager at that who is completely unhelpful and one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. I arrived at the drive thru at 7pm placed an order for a vt medicine ball. When I arrived at the window I informed the cashier i wanted to load $5.00 on my card for purchase. She scans my app then my card i ask for my receipt it says $9.60 charge to my card i informed her i didn’t say $ 9. I said $5. She said no only $5 was charged i open my bank app that is not true my bank app says what the receipt does. So call the customer service number they took the information. Then said i needed to go back to the store. I tell him it is 30 minutes away. Nothing they can do they will report it to the store manager only they can return my money. I called the store 4 times calls rings then hang up. This is less then the service i have expected from Starbucks.

I really do enjoy Starbucks as a business. However this particular establishment really makes me not want to visit any more of their stores. I visited this store on July 19. Upon entering the store, it was kind of busy, but I waited at the register for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. Another man entered the store and we waited an additional five minutes together before I just got out of line. I ordered my drinks through the Starbucks app and finally received my items, but they called me a completely different name than what was listed on my account.
