Hell nah don’t go worse experience ever I came in to get my front screen fixed and they ended up taking my apple battery and now my phone is cutting off randomly and my volume button does not work and my vibrate button does not work and while they were fixing my phone they told me that when I walk out the door it’s no longer they problem and that they can’t do nun once I step out I should have flagged that as a problem in the beginning and I was asking to see my phone the whole time before I paid for it and they didn’t let me and there was no problem but the glass on my screen when I gave it to them wasn’t no black marks no blank lines nun just cracked glass messed up and they took forever to take my screen off normally take 15 mins I was there damn near a hour and half and now I come out the store with volume button problems and screen issues and power issues and mind you I went in there with only my screen broke leaving out with phone cutting off whenever like it’s crazy I have to literally charge my phone just so it won’t cut off literally charge it so it won’t cut off crazy!!!!!!! And the crazy thing I left and a notification popped up that it was unknown parts in my phone and said it was the batteryyy!!!!!!!!!! Read moreYesterday, 11/11/2021, I took my iPhone 7 into iRepair and I asked the technician to replace the battery. I was given a quote of $54.13 and he said the phone would be ready in 45 minutes. I returned in an hour or so, and the technician told me that my repair would be $110 because he had to replace the screen due to water damage. He proceeded to tell me that my battery drained quickly and it wouldn't shut off because it had water damage. For the record, I never experienced my phone not powering off at that time. I told him that he should have gotten my consent before doubling the price for the repair. He and I argued for a bit and I told him that I would pay $75. He begrudgingly agreed and he told me that I need to pay taxes. So, the total came to $81.20. I don't have the receipt in front of me but I know the total was $81 and some change. Well fast forward to 4:30 a.m. the next day, my phone was charged to 100% before I went to bed. When I woke up it was at 75%, I connected my phone to the charger and the screen displayed some weird lines and script. Then, it went blank. Now, my phone will not power on. It is completely dead after overpaying iRepair to fix my phone. I will return to the store when they open this morning at 10:00a.m. to see how they attempt to resolve this. However, at this moment, I am very upset and...

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and warm. Welcome. It felt like I was among friends, not just customers. They understood how much my phone meant to me, not just as a device, but as a repository of cherished memories and connections.
The technician worked on my phone. Kenny took the time to explain the process, showing me that they would treat it with care. When I returned to pick up my phone, it looked flawless, but what touched me the most was the handwritten note tagged inside the case, wishing me a great day, and a fully restored iPhone.
