
I'm disappointed with my appointment I had here Saturday. I met the stylist via Facebook and booked the appointment with her. Over Facebook the experience with her was positive but when I arrived Saturday to get my hair done everything went downhill :( I asked the stylist what I needed to do to prepare for the appointment and she said nothing. When I arrived, she said that I was supposed to come washed and blow dried and that I would have to pay her $30 to do it. I was already annoyed due to the lack of communication on her part, but I got the service anyway.
The wash was not thorough and was rushed. Now, she started my sew in. The stylist said less than 5 words to me the entire service and was making nasty faces at me any time I said something as if she was upset. I don't understand how she had the right to be upset with me whenever she was the one who wasn't clear to begin with.
After leaving, I was only somewhat happy with my hair, as there is gaps where no tracks were added and some tracks were not sewn down flat.
As I'm ready to pay, she berates me on not having cash on me, even though previously she gave me her cash app. Once again, bad at communicating.
I got up and left because I did not want to be around the negative energy anymore and I could fix my own hair at home the way I actually liked it.
I wanted to support this business but the lack of professionalism and customer service will prevent me from coming again. Not to mention the loud vulgar music playing in the presence of children, the lack of masks and social distancing and the lack of cleanliness...

I see a coupon on Groupon and book two hydrafacials. I called the business a couple of times and no one answered. I retried one last time before getting my money back from Groupon and the owner answered.
She was with a customer, and she said she was going to call me back. I wait a day but no call. I call her again and she answers I book an appointment.
The day of the appointment(03/30), I call her to confirm and she says she has to postpone because she is waiting for shipment. I think fair enough, let's do Monday(04/03).
On 4/3, I start and according to my maps, I'll reach there 5 minutes after the appointment time and I call her to inform that I'll be a few mins late and if that's okay. She says she has to push back again to Thursday bc her call has some trouble.
I really wanted to get a facial believe me but I am writing this review frustrated because my time was taken for granted. I think the owner should've called me at least an hour before the scheduled time to inform me of a change in the schedule which did not happen. I spoke to Groupon and got my money back. I won't be going back because of the customer experience and I don't want to go through the ordeal of postponing...

No response , there was two other ladies there that was super helpful in reaching out to her another 30 mins passed and still no response from the stylist . A hour passed and one of the other ladies offered me service but I was pressed for time and I thanked her and the other ladies.
