Me and my best friend were waiting on our homegirls, which would take 45 minutes to get to us so we went ahead and went inside. It was crowded we got a drink and stood by a wood beam with a mirror on it, an older lady with gray and black braids was sitting at a table by the beam. She stood up and told us that's her mirror and she dances in front of it so I'm guessing she's a regular. We gave her space to dance and continued talking, she sat down but shortly got back up and started dancing again but this time she bumped me so I scooted over a little she did it again so by the 3rd time I bumped her back. She said I need to move because that's her spot I just stood there, she pushed me and I looked at her wondering is she worth it and decided otherwise. I felt like she was drunk so I held my composure she kept talking loud some guys came between us. I gave my homegirl my phone so I wouldn't lose it I went and leaned on the beam and she got in my face again. A guy came and told her she didn't own that spot then she said I'm going to get y'all put out of here when she clearly started the mess. The lady had mentioned her relationship with the owner which I'm guessing allows her to be a bully because the off duty officer Stallworth that was security condoned her assaulting me.Then officer Stallworth came and took my drink from my hand and said we all had to leave but he only made me and my best friend leave. I asked for them to check their cameras to see who the aggressor was since they weren't listening to anything we were saying. I talked with a 2nd security officer about us getting our money back we were barely there 30 minutes or less the 2nd security said we didn't have to leave when we complained about them not making her leave. He talked to the owner and came back with our money. It was unacceptable for a business to allow things to happen as they did. I didn't want to stay after that because they clearly showed that they allow drama when it's caused by one of their regulars. Giving us our admission back was the only good thing I can say about this experience. We gladly had our homegirls meet us at Greedy's in Desoto but Legends is also another good option for a night out with the ladies for...

Read moreOkay so lemme just say that this place is for who it's for. It just ain't for me 😂 I am a grandmother myself and most of the people there were "old" to me! The Deacon was on stage performing and I think I saw a couple pastors in there too. The music was mostly old school vibes and a whole lot of line dancing. If that's you - this is the place to be. It just ain't my tribe. Now, the bar. Just horrible. Like we had to wait like 20 minutes for a drink. Like, why??? And when we got it, it was juice and ice. Couldn't taste the alcohol at all. This place, to me, is for the 55+ crowd...I just ain't quite made it there yet (physically or mentally). If you are looking for a "Sugar" anything - go here. Sugar Mama, Sugar Daddy, Sugar Baby - they...
