Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Dallas

I went to get dinner and too many things went wrong for me to let it go and not say anything. 1.) My receipt has a charge for Something called "C.F Steak Plate T1" which I did not order and did not receive...$9.29 2.) Ordered 6 piece spicy chicken strip basket. It was rock hard, could not eat it. $10.89 3.) Ordered 2 kids burgers which from the picture displayed looked plain. Only meat cheese, pickles and condments. The ones I got had tomato and lettuce, which I didn't ask for or want. $6.59 each 4.) Ordered jamming bacon burger. They asked if I wanted 1 patty or 2...I said 2...they gave me one. The jam...was only in the middle of the bun about the size of a quarter. 5.)Also ordered a triple hunger buster asked for mayonnaise and ketchup only got mayonnaise. 6.) The patties on all 4 burgers tasted awful! Old, dry and freezer burned! Seriously disgusting! 7.) I ordered a mini pumpkin pie blizzard. On my receipt says "MISC T1 $3.99" not sure if that's the right price but it seems like a lot for a tiny cup. And the first time I had it, it was so pretty with whip and sprinkled with spice. This time it looked nothing like that. They put a flat soda top instead of the dome top for the blizzard. 8.) The absolute worst part was the drink. My kid took a sip of the coke and started gaging. Spit out the drink and there was a greenish black 1cm "something" in the soda. I have no idea what that something was. The best way I can describe itis...looks like a old moldy strawberry leaf but firmer and sticky. I'm no snob, I always say please and thank you. I don't understand how so much could go wrong. This was by far the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I'm very disappointed. Tried calling the phone number on the receipt but no one answered and I wasn't able to leave a voice mail message. I ordered their Chick’n Salad and it was nothing like the picture at all. All it was just lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and chicken. What no cabbage carrots, or hell even onions would had spiced things up. And the only salad dressing they had was Ranch. If I would had know this I would had gone somewhere else. I get the dressing and it was frozen. At this point my friend had already ate his burger and fries and I was straving. So I ate it, frozen salad dressing in all. My friend had to send back his fried burrito back cause it was still cold in the middle. And when he finally got his blizzard they couldn’t even do the upside down test with it. It was already melting. And since being here 4 other people had to go back to the counter cause their meals were also wrong. Didn’t think you can mess up food here but the people here surly can. So I stopped by to get my lunch and yes there was a line, ok no problem. Well as the car in front of me was placing their order I'm thinking "wow this young lady is having a bad" when I pull up to order my food I hear.
