Yes I got there at 8:40 and when I walked in the white lady said is it going to be for here or to go and I said to go then I was looking at the menu and she said "what you gone get" and I told her I want two pounds of ribs and she's like it's 5 or 6 and I told her okay I will take that and she was talking to the lady she was with about what is it that I want because she only knows half and full and she said she wants 2 pounds that have equal to 5 or6 ribs and so the white lady said your ordering a full it's the same as 1 pound so I'm going to give you that and I looked over to the black lady and she said yea your ordering and it's called like I didn't know. I was getting so confused and frustrated because all I wants is 2 pounds of ribs does not matter how it comes that what I will like and that's what I will order. And so they kept talking back to each other and the white and black lady were giving me attitude and so I called my husband on the phone telling him that I want to leave. He asked me what happened so he gets off the car comes in and asks to speak to the manager. The black lady said "that's me, Wassup" and so my husband explain to the lady we live 2 blocks away we were here 1 year ago and got worst experience asked if it is the time that is making them approach my wife that way why are you guys being rude she knows what she wants she's feeling uncomfortable and I'm highly disappointed of this store. He told them how much he likes Dickeys and how we stopped coming to this location because of the service they provide he even told them the reason why we came today is to give it a try because we normally go to the one I Cockrellhill which is 15 miles away compare to not even a mile and all the black lady said was ok, ok, ok to everything . They did not care at all they did not apologize and did not improve on their service it was only getting worse and even the white lady was rolling her eyes. This location has not changed I am so tired of this place and having to deal with this all the time. This place should just be closed if that's how they act with everyone. I hope they change one day because its such a waste of time and my money. Customer service here sucks and I am certainly not going to try ever again! I'm going to make sure I tell family...

Me and my girlfriend went to this location there was a Spanish guy behind the grill in the black lady working the counter and today they tell us that these two people are not here the problem with that lies were in is that we were served ribs that were dry they may poor cuts on the ribs one plate at the small ribs and the other one had the original portion of the top part of the rib the food was not to our liking I ended up we pay $24 for the two plates it was on a an app that we used when we went in the store to pick it up and also tip them $4 in there little jar on the counter when we call tried to defend itself saying hey we only cook the ribs each day and I was like Hey first of all that's not neither here nor there you're not showing empathy my and I understand that I don't think we give me leftover ribs from the day before I was simply trying to say as you're trying to earn customers the ribs were dry and hard and I have braces and my older gentleman and I do not like to eat hard food so they ended up giving us a credit but when we went to the location today June 4th they said the two individuals no longer work there and they could not honor the credit so the initial day which was about a week ago they said we could come back up there and get some of the money back we said no we're at home now and it wasn't about the money so they said we will next time you come in we'll give you some credit on another order but we take the time to take the trip up there and we were my girlfriend was rudely treated they wouldn't honor that and I told her don't even spend any money there and go do not spend any money at this location it's not worth it go to another location or another barbecue place Dickies as unsatisfactory and when they don't honor honor their agreements that shows that that's poor management and we're going to let the...

The potato was hard like it still needed to be cooked. And then to top it off we only received 2 small containers of BBQ sauce. One being hot and the other regular.
