Subway — Restaurant in Dallas

I ordered online 2 weeks ago. When I got home from picking it up, I discovered one of the sandwiches was wrong. I called the store, he apologized, and said to tell them the next time I was in that I had talked to him on the phone and they would replace it.

I went to the store today and he was working and remembered I had called…then proceeded to chastise me in front of other customers, saying I was supposed to come back that day or the next day. He also told me I was supposed to bring the wrong sandwich back from the store. NONE of this was said to me in our phone conversation. He asked me what I had done with the sandwich. I told him I ate it because I was hungry and was not going all the way back to the store once I had gotten home. He then proceeded to criticize me for eating the sandwich still, and continued to belittle me in front of the customers waiting to order.

I told him he needed to stop beating me over the head with it, but he didn’t stop. He said he would, but continued. The sandwich I had ordered that was wrong 2 weeks prior was off their new Subway Series menu. When I attempted to order a replacement sandwich from the same menu (Titan Turkey) he refused to make it and said he would make me a regular Turkey sandwich. He skimped on the veggies and over sauced the sandwich, so my replacement was extremely poor quality.

Lastly, he proceeded to speak to another employee in Spanish about me when I was paying for my order. Yeah, jerk, I do understand Spanish.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely poor and I do not recommend anyone go to this location. If you get the wrong food because of THEIR mistake, they’ll make it hell for you when you have them live up to...

I was just in subway I walk in as usual it’s only 1 person in there a mexican man so I get my chips he ask what I wanted & as soon as I said 2 6in on wheat bread 1 veggie he started to tell me every time I come there I cause problems & I’m mental I got problems & so forth then got on the phone threaten to call the police on me I stood my ground & said call them He fixed my food but I’m a problem after I would not leave because I had done nothing wrong This man had an attitude soon as I asked for what I wanted Ion even know this man I go to this Subway daily & I have never experienced this type of treatment just because I want a veggie sandwich I feel discriminated against because of my race & retaliated against due to a past incident Awhile back I ordered on door dash he made my veggie sandwich so skimpy so I requested a refund I pay for what I like & I expect to get my money’s worth I’m not paying for bread toasted so hard you can’t eat I called subway & he said they don’t have enough veggie til Wednesday when the delivery truck runs I go there I tip the good workers & keep it pushing Why no other person has never said anything to me????? I honestly love going to this Subway, I have been to many and no other sandwiches have tasted as good as the ones that Martin makes, it’s always a pleasure to go there and have Martin always greet you with a smile. He is great, the difference between him and the others is that he always tries to make the customers happy. Unfortunately today I experienced a very rude lady being unfair to him. She was making everyone else feel very uncomfortable, which I have never experienced before. Seems like the lady wanted to get more free food, but Martin was very professional about it, I believe he handled it very good. Honesty I felt bad that he had to deal with that lady. She came in complaining that her salad was to soggy and that She couldn’t eat it like that after minutes that she bought it and she almost finished it, she asked Martin to give her more Spinach, and of course since Martin always tries to make all customers happy he did that.
