Wing Boss — Restaurant in Dallas

I ordered through Uber Eats. Long story short. My order was taking too long, well over an hour of waiting for 6wings. I called the restaurant at 10:50pm to see where my order was. The guy said they had ran out of chicken since around 9 something pm and that 7 delivery delivery drivers had been by to delivery my order but they had to let each driver know that they ran out of chicken. Here’s my problem... why not reach out and let me know that my order couldn’t be fulfilled. Why have 7 different drivers come for a order that never was prepared. Most of all if you are a wing restaurant please keep wings in stock. Y’all completely wasted my time and night waiting for my dinner....

Ordered via Uber eats we did not receive our drinks with the combo orders, no dipping sauce, jalapeños cheese fries without jalapeños. Regular fries where less than half full. Mostly all of the orders had burnt wings without any flavor. If I could add a picture I would. This was a waste of my $60.00. Never again. One star, only because I couldn't post...

Had a wonderful experience here the boneless wings where incredible highly recommended there Canjun sauce flavor. Also the manager Mercedes gave tremendous customer service. Really made me feel like person and not just any number. Definitely...
