Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

As a delivery driver they don’t care for you own safety!I only been there 2 and a half weeks. Done delivery’s where people will shoot about 15 ft away from me because of the area.Been assaulted while doing a delivery ! Had a tail light broken!Been chased by a Pitbull!Even got my car towed while doing a delivery that took less than 5 min away from my vehicle. You would think your there employee and your on the clock they should help you in some kind of way you be wrong!!! You have to located your car pay the fee once you arrive!! Couldn’t pay for it right then and there because all where allowed with us is $20 our phone and our license! Would have rather payed the $125 for them to drop my vehicle than have to wake my family up and have them drive me 35 minutes away to try and find my vehicle! Ended up going to 3 different towing places until I located my vehicle it was damaged in the process and costed me $175 out of my own pocket! I believe I should be compensated for the inconvenience and the fees I had to pay!! They don’t offer no discount at the tow company not a Military discount or anything! Told the tow guy I was there for less than 5 minutes while I delivered the pizza the guy seen me running after him in the middle of the street while cars where speeding to my left and right he stopped saw me in uniform said 125 I told him I don’t have money! Said a lot of awful slurs and took my car left me stranded in the middle of the road!Mind you I’ve did about 150 deliveries while with them had the BEST DRIVING RECORD in the store I had a 99 overall my deliveries the highest in the store meaning I didn’t speed nor did I break hard no sharp turns I did my best to be the best at my job because that’s who I am as a person I want to be the best at anything I do even if it’s delivering for a corporation that doesn’t care for its employees! The reviews that I’m seeing here CANNOT be for this store.

I hadn’t ordered Pizza from Dominos for over a year, and I had forgotten exactly why, until I ordered again this time. The last few times that I had ordered, the service was lousy, and unprofessional, and the “Pizza” was tasteless.

This time it was inedible. For the first time that I can remember, I had to actually throw a whole Pizza in the trash.

First off, they didn’t have all of their drivers, so my order sat there at the store for an hour before it even left the store. They could have at least called me after I ordered and told me about their delivery problem, I would have cancelled my order.

Secondly, the Pizza was horrible. Not only did I NOT get extra sauce that I ordered, it had ZERO tomato sauce on it. I always get thin crust, but this time the entire thickness, cheese and pepperoni, was the thickness of the cardboard box, and tasted like cardboard probably tastes.

It only had very little cheese and a few pepperoni slices, no sauce. Extremely dry and tasteless. The fact that it say there, getting cold, for over an hour didn’t help any, but there was NO evidence that ANY Sauce was ever on it.

I have NO idea why I put myself through this, except that I obviously, think that they will correct the issue of being SO Stingy with toppings… Clearly they have NO intention of doing so! DONE! This is ridiculous! I have attached a photo of my pizza which was ordered with pepperoni, onions and mushrooms. The pepperoni is fine, the onions … there is less than one quarter of a thin slice of a small onion and the mushrooms? Well, after searching under a bright light I found 2 slices of a mushroom cap! Unbelievable! This is a RIP OFF!

This particular location is “stingy” with the toppings. This has been my experience several times, so I stopped ordering from this location until I tried it again this week… This time I ordered the create your own pasta bowl with sausage, mushrooms, &shredded provolone… virtually NO provolone! I actually went back inside and showed it to the worker and he said “yes, it’s there and proceeded to fish around in my pasta to find a shred of cheese. Seriously, if you must dig around to find the cheese something is wrong! I then remembered that I had basically the same scenario a while back re- feta cheese on a pizza which led me to avoid the location. Guess what? I will not give you another opportunity! Done!
