Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

I wouldn’t even give this store a one star night shift is horrible Damian and Maria DO NOT take accountability for there crew at this point they let any one be a manager no professional no remorse none of that and the biggest reason is because of the location “the hood” I ordered 3 pizzas a salad and some cheesy bread for me and my daughters the salad dressing or the salad had an odd refrigerator taste like it had been sitting they forgot to put tomato sauce on ALL THREE PIZZAS and the cheesy bread was stale!!! The app said my ordered left the store to be delivered at 7:35 it did not arrive until 8:20 I called the same exact day but the “manager” wasn’t available to talk my children had to eat the pizza because I didn’t take anything out to cook!!! Regardless of the fact I wasn’t handled like a customer more like a nuisance because I was complaining about what I paid for!!! This is not the first time they messed up I order all the time sometimes is good sometimes it’s bad sometimes they barely cut the pizzas and just throw them in the box if you don’t want to work please don’t come ppl out here spending they hard earned money to recieve unsatisfactory service and food and all the manager told me was to leave a google review that’s some unorthodox...

I placed an online order for my football team and the website stated the turnaround time would be 15–20 minutes for carry-out. I waited that long, but upon arrival I was told they couldn’t find my order. I had to go back and forth with giving them my phone number, my full name and show them my email address for them to say we are working on it now. Which leaves me bewildered because that’s not what was initially told to me when I first arrived.

When I parked and came inside to use the restroom, I was told it was out of order. Shortly after, another customer came in to place a walk-in order and was told their wait time would also be over an hour. The online system was never updated to reflect these delays. It was only after I suggested updating it that the idea was even considered.

Additionally, a drive-thru customer with an online order cancelled after learning about the extended wait. The employee I interacted with not only dismissed my request to use the restroom but also showed little concern for addressing these issues or offering any accommodations that might encourage customers to return.

The team was able to provide my pizzas and my players enjoyed them.
