I did not even want to put 1 star because this store #4624 is not even worth it. I went to this week to purchase a mtn dew as I always do I noticed the coolers were not stocked as usual. There was an African American woman that was in the next aisle over so I had approached her and asked if she could push the mtn dews forward the look on her face gave it all away like I had interrupted her and she did not have time to do any type of stocking. I even said thank you 2 times with no response back. I am a Portfolio Manager so I am HUGE on Customer Service and that was unacceptable. After that I went to the cashier in front to check out and I had shared with her the situation and mind you she was the only 1 that knew. Fast forward to today June 15th at around 7:15-7:30 am I go into the store to buy my mtn dew again coolers are not stocked again. So I approach a African American lady and ask her if she can push the drinks forward and she said verbatim “ARE YOU THE ONE THAT WAS TALKING ABOUT ME” then she said “I am not even going to say anything” and walked into the cooler. I had saw the other store employee who is Hispanic and I asked her if she was the Store Manager the lady had said no. Then the lady came from the cooker and she told the other lady to walk away in a very controlling tone and so the lady did. I went again up to the cashier to checkout and I asked for the African American ladies name with the braids and she said I don’t want to get into any thing I just asked for the name. Mam this is not a personal matter this is a professional manner you are at liberty to provide the name of the store Manager or the name of the employee if a customer has a grievance. Furthermore if you did not want to be involved in anything you would have shared the information from 2 days ago with the correct employee verses a different employee that created this altercation this morning. If 1 wants to experience aggression and drama PLEASE VISIT THIS STORE TTTOOO EARLY IN THE AM FOOORRR...
Read moreI went to Walgreens on Mlk in south dallas on the 23rd of November 2024 to pick up medication for my client. There was 5 prescriptions, the young lady asked me for my ID because one of the prescriptions needed it, I gave it to her, she completed the transaction. When I got the medication to my client the prescription that required the ID was left out of the bag, I made it back with only 4 prescriptions. My client called Walgreens, talked to a young man, he told her he see the medication, he would speak to the technician and said can you come right back and pick it up ? I said not today but I will pick it up. I called back another day and no one seems to know about the medication now. It was filled, it was left out of my bag, and I just need my medication that was processed and left out of my bag. Time and time again when I call Walgreens, someone answer say real quick can I hold please. Customer Service at this location is not good, some employees are rude, they don't want to hear what you say and it's very frustrating to deal with calling this Pharmacy to get help, someone will pick up the phone, don't say a word and place you on hold, or just hang up. I understand that businesses are busy and facing customers in person but you should acknowledge the customers on the phone and deliver Customer Service to them as well. My view of this tells me that a customer on the phone can just wait to get customer service or just hang up on them as if they never called. I'm sure there are people out here that have customer service skills, and if that's not you then you may be in the wrong profession. Customer Service need to be professional at all times with everyone, and this is just my opinion, I hope to see some improvements because it is desperately needed at...
Read moreI went to this location to make a purchase in the pharmacy for medication. I was shopping for someone and I asked if I could purchase a alcohol beverage in this area. The young lady said I can't do that I do not have the authority basically. I Understood what that meant so I asked if someone else in this department could help me. The lady replied I already told you I can't do it. I replied can someone else. The lady walked away from the counter and start helping somebody in the Drive-Thru and then say anything else to me. Finally when she's finished having the other customer she walked back to the counter where I was located.
I asked am I waiting for somebody to help me or you bring it to someone's attention or what exactly am I waiting on. She pointed at a lady in the back of the pharmacy and said she can help you. I told her it would have been nice for her to tell me something versus me just standing there and not know anything.
This lady is very rude and very disrespectful. She should never be at a counter helping anybody with her attitude. This is her in...
