Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

I ordered delivery for the first time from this store on October 19th. My ticket even told them I was a new customer. The driver did not knock on my door or ring the doorbell. I had no idea my pizza had been delivered and it sat outside for several minutes. I did not have a tracker on my phone either. It was supposed to be contactless but they could've done more to ensure I knew when my pizza was there. I ordered a medium hand tossed pizza with extra pepperoni, half black olives, light sauce, light cheese. The first noticeable issue was that I did not get extra pepperoni, the slices were extremely uneven and lopsided, the black olives covered the entire pizza. None of the slices on the pizza had been sliced all the way through I could pick up the enture pie and it held together (see picture). Also there was a regular amount of cheese, there was barely any sauce in the middle of the pizza but heavy sauce on the edges. I used to be a shift manager for a dominos pizza a few years ago and we were not trained to make such sloppy pizzas. I know how many pepperonis go on a regular pizza and a extra toppings. There are literally pictures on a card that show you what it should look like, same for light cheese, & light sauce.

On the other hand I ordered the 5 cheese mac & cheese and 32 piece parmesan bread bites, both of these were delicious. They were so well made. The parm bites were perfect. Because both of these items were so good I was excited for the pizza, but I was quickly disappointed. I could only eat one slice. It was gross & not what I ordered.

At 2:25pm I placed an online pick up order. 25 min later I received a email saying the order was canceled with no explanation and to reach out to the store. I then call the store for assistance and they couldn’t give me an explanation to was it was canceled so she said they would remake the order. I then arrived at dominos location #6915 expecting the order to be made. I was then told it would be another 8 min so I decided to run another errand then come back. When I came back they said another 10 min so I sat outside to wait. When another 15 min passed I went in to see what could possibly be going on. No one was at the counter so I started asking what was happening. I was then approached by the Regional Supervisor, Cameron A. and was told verbatim that “they are preparing for an inspection so they are not worried about customer service right now.” After I had to demand a refund and decided to leave after 2 hours of attempting to order food. After the incident I called to get the managers name but they repeatedly hung up on me 3 times in a row. And once they realized I wasn’t going to stop calling the general manager decided to get on this line this time and tell me he would not give me his full name. I even repeated back to him the statement he made about not caring about customer service right now and he couldn’t even deny it. I call Domino's pizza to order 2 large pieces I was very disappointed one of my orders I got incorrect I call back to correct it they tell me says it was pay for I cannot change my order I was upset I as for manager the manager got on a phone did not identify herself nor did she say hello all she said was you pay for your order in its being done and clicked the phone on me that's very unprofessional I don't like it I pay money to Domino's to cook my pizza I love Domino's but with this bed experience I don't know if I could even call that Office again are that restaurant again I'm so upset I'm never been treated this way before calling into Domino's I understand you get very busy but you still supposed to be customer service friendly I had a bed experience this is not the way to is supposed to be I'm not gonna order from that place again I would like for someone to coach whomever was working on a Saturday night stating they were very busy they don't have time if you don't have time that means you don't have time to work and get paid but a services you are supposed to be given out to the customers I expect good quality customer service when going to Domino's this was not given to me I am very...
