This is the worst experience Iāve had from a food quality standpoint ever whether itās a chain, bodega or a deli. I admit Iāve been to this dominos many times. Iāve had good and bad food, customer service, misquoted wait times or whatever else youāll find at any basic chain company at this location which is fine, but this is just not alright this evening.
I order 2 large 3-topping pizzas, 20 wings and a 2-liter. $36 or whatever. For a cheap chain company that praises its coupons thatās obviously not trying to save a buck.
I understand wings are not a chain pizza companies specialty, but these wings were not only cold, not cooked properly and basically all fat with some terrible āhot sauceā (if thatās what you call it) sloshed on top. They were borderline raw in some cases and others the bones would break just handling the wings. After about trying 3 total I put them to the side, took photos to show what I received, checked the temperature of the chicken out of safety and what I find is astonishing as I examined closer...pink chicken meat. Do you know what that is? Thatās called raw. Not undercooked. Raw.
We then go and check out the pizzas to find how skimpy the toppings are on the pies. 5 of the 6 toppings (total) were vegetables. Youāre going to be cheap when it comes to vegetables? Someone needs to be fired. Oh, I have an idea who that should be, the ācookā making pizzas wearing a mask below his mouth on his chin like thatās supposed to be doing something.
I do not want a free meal. I donāt want a credit. Photos were taken of the entire order. Iāll be calling dominos corporate to discuss this matter further. Iām sure this is a franchise location as everything in this whack city is because then someone has no accountability to a customer or the parent company and instead can operate and do whatever suits them, but I care less as the board of health will be notified as well. I am simply disputing this charge on my card and it will be refunded for serving raw food. Especially chicken. Salmonella, anyone?
My advice would be to avoid this place at all costs.

I did receive a call letting me know the delivery time would be up to two hours, which was fine I understand high volume hours. What made me very upset was the man who delivered my pizza. The text message alert told me his name was Michael. Unfortunately when he called I missed the call and was away from my phone, I did not get a text message or voicemail explaining who it was calling me so as any normal person I disregard the call. Come a few moments later I get a message from the delivery man, ONE, not stating who he was or that maybe he was having difficulty finding my apartment, or TWO any information that was indeed my delivery man no, instead a got a text with the sentence āDo you want your pizza or not?ā First off that is extremely rude, I have worked in the food industry for over 6 years and have worked in customer service for 10, that was the poorest way to inform a customer about their delivery. Then when I called the number back the gentleman was extremely rude, did not deliver my pizza and I was forced to take matters into my own hands and called the store manager to get my money back. I honestly hope this get some sort of disciplinary action for his horrible customer service skills, it doesnāt matter how big or small a company is as a customer we are what makes and breaks companies, keep up this level of customer service and youāll lose more than just myself.
