Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Dallas

So I come here every day. And not one time had the staff not been the best part of my day. The coffee is always great. I’d give them a 10 out of 10 but it’s only a 5.

Side bar..!! I went down to the only 1 star and can vouch that the person who gave it has no clue how the food industry works. It’s called staging. And I have had 0 problems with asking can you add a little this or little that. Or are you mad because they have standards of time and pouring sizes. Like did you know everything is measured. You seem like the kinda person who goes to a bar and asks for no ice in there Long Island and think that makes it a dbl. So chill out. if you go there a lot be nice and ask again. And lastly the one 4 star. they got food last week and it’s pastry’s what did you order that took 30 min. Did you come in and there where like 8-9 cars 2-4 min a car( not just 1 drink) 9 cars let’s just say took 30 min that’s less then 4 min a car a shot of espresso takes 45-60 seconds depending on your machine.( I have had 2 ) so a 2 drink order with 8 shots takes 3 minutes buddy. Add in people not paying attention or paying cash (me 99%of the time)Or did you confuse this location...

So after coming here since it's open and getting drinks nearly daily, think I am going to have to step back from the location.

The staff is friendly, but drink quality is abysmal at times so a lack of consistency.

Ill get Blended matcha some days that is perfect, sweet, and blended proper.

Other days it's very watery, not sweet, bitter, and doesn't feel like any of the blended drinks I'd have any other day.

To put it bluntly, I have had instances where the matcha is just bitter disgusting and drinking it has made me want to throw up to clear out my stomach.

I'm not sure what it is with the inconsistency some days with the matcha, but I'd now rather spend my money else where.

Friendly staff, when the drinks are made properly they're good (of course). Only recommendation here is avoid the matcha if you want consistency on...

My family and I got the strawberry colada, but each time we get it, it's like they put the smallest amount of the strawberry puree, and today I asked if they could please put a little more after I told them it didn't look like the picture on the app that had plenty in it. Then the barista said, "Oh well, they photoshop those pictures to look like that." Wow, what kind of response is that??? So then does that mean you guys are lying to customers about what the drinks are supposed to look like and have??? Along with that, they didn't even give us straws for our drinks. We really liked that a new dutch bros came closer to us, but I feel like we are going to stop going here for...
