STAY AWAY IF YOU COME TO WATCH A GROUP. Just went to see La Energia Norteña & Grupo Legitimo, was by far one of the worst environments. Very disappointed that I drove from Austin to enjoy the night to only experience the opposite. Don’t get me wrong music and the bands were great. However, this place was so packed. They definitely over sold tickets. You could not walk a foot without bumping into anyone. Im used to once in a while having people dance and bump into me, but to have it every single second was ridiculous. Drinks and bottles all over the floor causing some people to fall. Save your money and go elsewhere. God forbid there is an emergency but this place would be the worst place for it to happen. This place should stay to their max capacity because if not this is definitely a safety hazard as exits are blocked by people. Hope you guys fix this issue for future events. I know profits are good but...

Please when purchasing there, just pay in cash. This is not the first time this has happened to me with them, where they say your card doesn’t go through, so you pay them cash and then they end up charging you on your card and they don’t care that your bank shows that they charged you.

Por favor cuando paguen, usen solamente efectivo, Por Que dicen Que su tarjeta no pasa y Les pagas en efectivo y todavia te cobran en la tarjeta y no Te quieren devolver tu dinero Aunque se refleje Que ellos tomaron el pago. Tengan cuidado.

Also, most banks will not reinburse this transaction because it clearly shows on their end that this place charged your card. So yes it shows as a valid charge on the banks end.

And it this point is not even about the money. It’s the fact that they say your card didn’t go through but they still charge you. So yes you get embarrassed...

Terrible music, I go to the merengue section and the people are dancing to the to a beat, because I absolutely terrible, . And the volume is so loud you can't hear yourself think, paid 20 per person, the front dance room is okay again it's not spectacular, definitely was not worth $40 for a couple and then pay for very expensive drinks, anybody who goes here and likes it obviously I've never been to a Columbia, Puerto Rico, the music there is free and this far better than anything in this place,. Being grapevine Texas, there's a place called tolbert's,. It's a restaurant that has live music every night, and it's. Free, the food is reasonably priced as so are the drinks.

Bottom line I would never return to this place and I'm positively not going to...
