Be aware this is not an American company. I have ordered an item over a month ago. Contacted the company several times via phone and email. With no answer. Finally someone answered the phone non-English speaking. Asking where my item was that they already taken my money was. They didn’t know. There’s no tracking info on it but it should be shipped in another 2 weeks. Really! I requested a refund they told me they couldn’t do that and i asked to speak to a manager, there is no such person. I requested the refund and firmly stated i would turn them in and finally told me i would receive a refund but they couldn’t give me a confirmation number or email to support this. What a joke! I order my package on September 19th, it is now October 6th. I have emailed twice, texted their chat bot, and called all with no answer. My package hasn’t updated on its tracking since September 23rd. I spent a lot of money and would just like to know where/if my package is coming. I understand being out-of-stock or short-handed, but this is ridiculous. You can’t have THIS BAD of costumer service.
