ESCAPE KITCHEN & ULTRA LOUNGE — Restaurant in Dallas

One of the most unprofessional, unorganized nightclub/lounge I have ever been to.

2 of my Girlfriends went to celebrate my friend birthday around 12:25am, security didn’t even check our purses or pat us or the group in front of us down(right away we felt unsafe). Paid our $24 at the door & found a empty table as soon as we walk in, The bottle girl immediately walked up to us & ask if we wanted to purchase a bottle? we told her yes and Hookah. We got a bottle of Casamigo & Hookah witch came up to a little over $400, about 25 minute later one of the host came up & told us we had to move because the table was reserved (she was ridiculously rude & disrespectful) so I ask where she want us to put our drinks in Hookah? She went on & say she don’t know because all the free tables are taken, then went on and asked a group of men (complete strangers) next to us if we can squeeze in their section😒 I told her we are not seating with people we don’t know, she then started to clappra hands and continue telling us we have to move or pay an extra $150 to stay at the table, she then told us that the bottle girl wasn’t supposed to serve us at that table anyways. I asked her if she was gonna give us a refund because we can’t stand with Hookah & a bottle, she refused, Our bottle girl walked over and told her about the other available tables she can put the other guest there or move us there, she refused to do either. At this point my friends & I are extremely embarrassed because they called the security guard, the host was talking & clapping her hands which drew a lot of attention. We got up and left. We wasted $400+, got embarrassed & pretty much Scammed on my friends birthday. I will never recommend or set foot in this establishment again. Our first experience at this place was unfavorable and unpleasant. We arrived at 10:30pm for a Friday night outing for a 4th of July, 2022 weekend with friends and family since Google states it opens at 10pm. We were informed that the lady that collects the money at the entrance and the bar lady had not arrived yet, so we were asked to stand outside till they showed up for their job. As we later found out, this is not a place to go dancing. Rather, it is a Hookah lounge with only 3 to 4 bar stools to sit and listen to music. If you did not pay for sections (seating couch in advance), you are stuck with standing for the duration of your visit. Upon entering and seeing the seating availability and no dancing floor, we decided to leave immediately and requested for a refund, which of course they refused. As such, some of my guest decided to leave and some of us stayed behind. We sat on the available bar stool and nobody came over to take our order for food or drinks throughout our stay. We had to place our drinks order at the bar. The margarita we ordered at the bar cost about $13 in a very, very small plastic cup and was watered down because it tasted like juice. DJ played good music, but, it was a little too loud to converse with your guest and since there was no dance floor, we were bored and left at 12midnight. I am definitely not recommending this lounge to anyone looking for a good outing experience on a weekend. Go somewhere else, anywhere else. In all, they lack...

I visited this establishment on June 4th, 2022. Upon arrival which was around 1 o'clock, no one was there to greet us or take us to our reserved table for about 20 to 30 mins. Wait staff was just arriving and there was 1 guy there still cleaning off tables and furniture from the night before. This establishment is sooo filthy, everything was disgusting, all the furniture was really dirty because they let you stand on their couches but they don't take care or clean up afterwards. The restrooms were dirty, no locks on the stalls. Food was cool but they make you pay up front, so order all your drinks and stuff up front. Establishments kill me this pay up front and you dining there. The DJ played great music but the music was way to loud like for a club not a lounge, there was no way you could have a conversation in that place. I just think they have the wrong vibe. But they definitely need to hire a real cleaning crew because we had to clean off our paid seating. Definitely won't go back. Get it together guys. At least clean this joint...
