I came to this location this morning and asked for my order to be made without American cheese but I still wanted Swiss cheese. I asked them at the drive through to repeat the order to the cook 2-3 times to ensure it was made correctly. I get to the window and the cashier repeats my order where I then confirm it. I am handed my food a minute or 2 later and not to my surprise my order is made wrong and the bread is overly toasted (almost burned) I handed the food back and told the girl "so despite me stating how I wanted my sandwich made the cook still got it wrong." Handed her the food back for it to be made correctly. The next sandwich was made with the correct items in the sandwich but it was still badly overly toasted. I asked the girl to switch the bread out where she then became argumentative assuring me there was nothing that could be done about it that they will not change the setting on the toaster. I told her to have the cook re do my sandwich only to be handed AGAIN burned bread. The only reason I left was because this incident was now causing me to run late to work. I left very angrily and threw the food away. I will be contacting corporate for a FULL refund and to complain. Their service is trash. I guess that's why they're located by the dumpster. And the lack of basic knowledge to prepare a sandwich correctly...

I only received one part of the whole order. …I had to send my husband to go get the rest of the food, well turns out they don't have onion rings so my husband said can I juts get 2 extra taco for it, but also I ordered 2 tacos with NO LETTUCE. Well I received my tacos with lettuce which I had to throw away . My husband mentions to the guy about the taco with lettuce we had originally ordered and asked to get 2 tacos with no lettuce to replace, plus 2 tacos more for them not having onion rings, instead he told my husband that the Uber driver needed to let him know if I wanted with or without . At the and I didn’t enjoy my meal, I didn’t receive the 3 sauce that the FAN FAVS WITH MOZZARELLA STICKS BOX COMES WITH , I WAS MISSING TWO TACOS STILL. I get the staffing is hard, but this lady was by far the last person I would ever hire. Seriously makes me wonder how that interview went... this is not the kind of person that was having a bad day. This was who this person was and she was comfortable doing it. She was even yelling at her kitchen staff with that nasty attitude. We gave her 10 dollars to give to the kitchen for our order and she said “do I look like the kind of person that would give them the money”.... sickening... seriously... no shame... and no service....and no full order....
