Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Dallas

Worst review I've ever had to give a Jack-n-box- EVER. I took the review (on every J receipts, for BOGO Jumbo Jack or Supreme Croissant. It gave me the 4digit code for they need to type in the register to apply the coupon. The older Hispanic cashier was beyond rude. She played the " No Ingles" hand, wouldn't &didn't try. She had my receipt with the codec& didn't want to give it back! She knew the English phrase " if you don't have money, you don't get food". So I was going to dismiss the receipt, pay so we could eat. Then she wouldn't break my $50 dollar bill, asked me for a different one but I only had 2 $100 dollar bills which she wouldn't break. I got 5 ones from my pre- teen daughter and then gave her enough coins( $4 dollars in quarters I save for washing my car, 6 dines and finally pennies from under my seat. She refused to take the chainge then. Sh shut the window, walked out of site. I sat there in the drive-thru for minutes with no help. Cars piling up behind!! I saw her speak to a younger woman that looked like a shift leader. They never came back to let me know anything! I sat there in my 2022 Ford Edge with a hungry daughter! Never, ever have i been so humiliated. Not taking coupons I could over look. Breaking a hundred...idk. but not breaking a $50 dollar bill and refusing to take my coins was just it. I have a feeling a job listening will be posted after I talk to her GM, whether cooperate or a franchise.. I wish I could...

This is the closet Jack to our home. We order Jack very frequently from this location through Uber eats. I always ask for ketchup, taco sauce and napkins and I never get them that’s besides the main reason why I’m leaving this review. Yesterday 2/17/2020 we ordered jack breakfast through Uber eats, our food tasted amazing I did get my ketchup and sauce however later on the day my partner started feeling sick he was having stomach pain and was using the restroom very frequently. He was sweating and looking pale. We still paid no mind to it given that this can happen to anyone at anytime. Jack was the only thing we both had for the day but I was feeling ok nothing was wrong with me until today 02/18/2020 when I started to feel sick and also having to use the restroom very frequently. I don’t understand what might of happen since we frequently use this location but definitely yesterdays food made us both sick. Drive up window order 2/18 . Only 1 car ordering before I could order. Took a very long time to make it to the pickup window. Was a couple miles down 35 to find very hard ,cold and dark fries. The fish patties was severely over cooked and cold. The breading was so hard I pealed all off the edges the patties. I am just a couple blocks away its a shame I have to drive past it for good food. Believe me the employees know what quality the pass out to the customers. They just don't care. Hey they are not buying or eating it. The coke was good its hard for them to screw it up. Oh well will know...
